The location is excellent and there’s a good bed mattress in the room which we enjoyed. The view towards the side street was good.

The rooms look very different in reality than in the pictures. The space is not too small but for sure on the smaller side. And the biggest disappointment was the size of the bed which was a 150x190. With one of us being 195cm tall, this was a little disturbing and we didn’t like the fact that it was not a proper 180 wide bed. The shower area was rather dated and could have been more renovated. Also, even with being on the side street the nights were very loud from the single windows on the french doors to the balcony. That should be renovated to a double glazed window to ensure a better sound proofing.

I wasn’t sure whether I paid for breakfast or not, but there was not that facility there to have breakfast. The location was brilliant, walking distance to shops and amenities. My son absolutely loved the beds as did we, We had problems trying to get him out of bed in the morning so we could do things he’s just wanted to stay in bed all day that how comfortable and clean they were. Thank you

it was complicated getting into the building and finding where we had to go to when entering the door and putting in the code, there was a lady just there, when we open the door, we thought we was opening the door to our room, but it wasn’t, not used to that it would’ve been nice to be welcomed as we came into the building Everything else was excellent. The ladies that was there. Were helpful and lovely and greeting us once we got through the door.

The layout and design of the room was very neat, simple and modern and quite a relaxing place to stay in + the beds were very comfy. Furthermore, the shower, hairdryer and other facilities were top notch and pleasant to use. The hotel also provided us with 3 new bottles of water each day which kept us hydrated. The location was also very good.

They only provided us with shampoo and conditioner I believe, so we had to provide ourselves with proper body soap to wash our bodies. Furthermore, the door of our shower disappeared randomly after one night had passed after our rooms was cleaned and we saw it sitting in the corridor. We were not provided a reason for why our shower door was removed.

Excellent location within walking distance to many sights or easy underground trips. Lots of food places nearby, including right outside. Super comfortable beds. The triple room was large and had plenty of room for three adults. Were able to open balcony doors for fresh air and to step outside. You are given codes to enter and collect your room card. Don't expect to see anyone. Didn't worry us

Like living in a flat, so a bit of neighbour noise above walking around but we're used to that. Only a tiny sign showing where it is. Wondered where we were when we first arrived and the big doors were locked

Amazing stay, the room was so nice, the staff so friendly and location was perfect. We were supplied with coffee pods, tea, water bottles and little cookies every day and there was also shampoo and conditioner in the room. We were allowed to keep our bags in the hotel before and after check-in. The aircon worked great.

The only thing would be that the TV didn't have many channels so I would bring a firestick with me next time.

Well appointed, comfortable room in a fantastic location. Walking distance to all the major sites. Safe area. Good clear instructions for check in and out.

The walls are very thin - you can hear all the street noise even with the balcony doors closed, as well as every toilet flush or air conditioner running in nearby rooms. The air con unit in the room was also very noisy.

Great room a bit on the small side but still very comfortable. Perfect for put your head down after a long day. Great location it walking distance to some many places. On a good bus route.

Not much day light in the room and no view. You could hear the Meto passing under you and the people above. But that is not something The Mo House can fix.

M O House was difficult to find. It has a large door as entry & poor signage. As there was no one in attendance when we arrived we were unable to enter. We had been in transit from Australia for 31 hours & didn’t receive email requesting information so didn’t receive front door entry passcodes etc. We were lucky to have found someone in building to help us as we didn’t speak Italian. This took some time & we were exhausted. First hotel that didn’t provide toilet paper…. had a bidet. Bed for us was hard.

The location and the price and the room They reply’s to my email quickly and helped me to get a taxi …. People on booking was overreacting about the noise of the metro but it was fine and I also was worried because they don’t have a reception but it was also fine

I kind of struggle with the check in process because the email wasn’t explaining the process completely I mean it needs to be more detailed…

The place was beautiful and super comfortable. Way better than most places I've been to in Europe. The staff was accommodating when they were there which made up for the times they aren't there. The room can get super cold which is needed for me since I am from a super cold climate going to hot.

Getting into the hotel using the codes was like trying to escape and escape room. All I kept saying was where is the lockbox to open the door. It's funny in hines sight but it was unpleasant at 12 midnight. I didn't know the large door had a small door in the middle because I had never seen a large door. I didn't realize that that first floor wasn't the ground floor and it was a mess we called for more information but no one was awake because it was midnight. We finally got in 30 minutes later but instructions could have been more clear for foreign guests. But overall the hotel was great.
