Location was brilliant. Lovely pool snd bar and the restaurant and food were also great. Staff were lovely and friendly too.

The breakfast was good overall but bacon and sausages wasnt very nice The tea and coffee makin facilities in the room was my biggest dissappointment. We were given enough tea and coffee for one day but we were staying 6 nights. We were told we cant have anymore so had to go and buy our own coffee and milk. Also we were only given paper cups in the room. This is a minor problem. But given its a 4 star hotel and we paid a lot of money i would expect better than this.

Room was comfortable, roomy with a balcony. Bed was very large and firm, bathroom actually had a bath and shower. Meals were excellent with lots of choice for all tastes and plenty of it, even seconds and many cups of coffee. It was my Wifes bitrthday during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised to be presented with a bottle of Champange in an ice bucket with two glasses and a birthday card, we can only assume they used the information on the passport, very lovely thought.

Pool, being an indoor one could only be used with a bathing cap which we did not have and since we were only there for two nights it was not worthwhile to buy one at reception.

loved the location , staff were great! good breakfast. liked tv having BBC and a kettle in the room … plus a fridge that was actually both a decent size and very cold!

The only downside was the bedding. bed itself was very comfy but the bed needs a fitted bottom sheet and a duvet… I was fighting sheets and blankets all night. Also both mornings the cleaning ladies walked into my room just after nine .. I was still inside!

This is a clean and tidy hotel everything spotless.The room, reception and pool area all clean and tidy. Staff are really pleasant, helpful and friendly. From the minute we checked in all staff were lovely. Really good position very close to the old town and short walk to the new town. We were B&B and it was really good. Plenty to choose from and lovely and fresh. Plenty of different types of bread, juice and choice of hot drinks. Everything laid out well and kept tidy and topped up.

Nothing I didn't like. I will definitely go back

Bed extremely comfortable, room was very nice. I found all the staff very helpful and friendly with a special mention for Manuel the reception manager who went above and beyond what you might expect to help me with a problem.

Not overly impressed with the breakfast. Good choice of english channels but when I needed them because of torrential rain they broke up and went offline.

The location and quality of the apartment was great!

The internet access was very slow and it was only after realized that it was provided by a cellular antenna on the terrace that it work at all. The antenna was attached to a portal short metal stand that had been placed in the corner and was facing away from any cell towers. Even after this, the speed of the connection was very slow. In fairness, I have been spoiled by a gigabit connection at my home in Connecticut. However, for you tech minded travelers. I did a speed test and the speed was 5-15 megs per second. That said, still loved the place despite some minor difficulties getting access when we first arrived. I suggest that the staff be aware of the issues with the antenna for the internet access.

Everything about Benidorm Plaza was perfect from staff at reception including all staff the food was good and plentiful always hot, the rooms were clean beds and linen spotless Pedro the entertainment guy kept us going music in bar lounge dancing to suit all ages brilliant will stay there again

A little to much local music at night

the location was good. The breakfast was excellent.

Was disappointed that I couldn’t stay the Saturday and the Sunday night as they wanted £110 for the Saturday the Sunday night stay was only £65. So we stayed in another nice hotel The Centro Mar for the Saturday night which cost us the same price as the Sunday night.

Hot food options for breakfast were poor. Also on our last night there was a lot of noise in the hotel from other noisy guests. Chatting quite loudly on the veranda next door to our room at 3pm. Some people running through the hotel room corridors at 5am.

We liked that the hotel was close to the beach,the staff was great and the food was tasty.

I know now ,that in Benidorm the all inclusive concept doesn't exist ,but it was good to know that before I booked full board. The drinks were not included.😔
