The breakfast was very poor. The range of food was not to my liking. While there was a wide range of cold meats, I was not interested in such food in the morning. The cereals range was also very limited. I only went for breakfast on one occasion.

As always for this hotel - location, services were great. Friendly and professional staff, optimal sized rooms, great meals for lunch and dinner. Internet access looked like become much better. It is still slower than needed for modern fancy apps and phone media but much more stable.

1. Elevators. This is still a problem. You have to wait a lot to go up to your room or down to lobby. 2.Not a problem but breakfast is missing fresh veggies. Overally it is good, you have variety of pastries, decerts, collection of cheese and ham, hot meals, fruits etc. but no fresh veggies or salads except chopped tomatos. 3. Hotel gym opening hours looks ackward. I would appreciate to go to gym much earlier, way before the breakfast.

The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was large with great view. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. A good hotel with an amazing service

There was no special food for the kids, only french fries, even apple juice for the kids was missing in the restaurant, which main part of children adore. The fee of parking was very high 21,5 Euros daily, however there were no cameras in the parking. We have paid a lot on parking in the hotel and there was no any security for the car. One morning we saw that our car was bitten by another car and the reception said that there are no any cameras for identifying who has done it. Even We paid for parking our car was damaged in the hotel’s parking, which truly said was very uncomfortable.

Staff were amazing very friendly and catered to our every need the room and hotel was spotlessly clean. The roof top terrace on floor 21 was out of this world with full panoramic view of Benidorm. Great Location. Thank you for an amazing stay I would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area was a little bit small

Room clean and comfortable great views, only problem I had was I sat in the bar with a small beer and a gin and tonic I drank the beer just started on the.gin went to the toilet for about two minutes and my drink had been taken by the staff had to have an argument before it was replaced, took the edge of what otherwise was a great break.

Having my drink taken away by the staff when I went to the toilet as a solo traveller I cannot guard it, please give us some time.

Superior location - Just 3-4 minutes to the sea Rooms are clean and cozy. Nice service and food

1.Main pain point are elevators. Not enough elevators/controls for such high building. You have to wait a lot when go up or down. Often elevators stop on each floor when go down. It is time consuming process. What i could suggest is to consider locking 2 elevators to lower floors and 2 other for higher floors only. And use some sort of smart system to control the passenger flow so elevator will not stop on each floor. 2. Internet access is very bad. Unstable connection all the time. It is possible to check mail only in the early morning or deep at night.

My 19th floor Superior room was amazing, view across the beach and over Old Town with the sun rising to my left and setting to the right. Bedroom clean and well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, milk in the fridge, enough wall sockets, a great bathroom with twin head walk in shower. Balcony had 2 chairs and a drier. Breakfast was good with a choice of cooked, breads and pastries, fresh fruit and cheeses. 5 lifts to all floors including the exterior glass lift!

Only couple of complaints, bed wasn't all that comfortable but this is subjective. Also charging €8 for Sauna use and another €8 for Steam room meant i certainly never used it and didn't see them in use either.

Fantastic location for the old town and new town just 2 mins walk from the beach front. Balcony was fantastic with an amazing view from the 8th floor. I'd recomend going in the outside lift to the restaurant and bar on the 21 floor with amazing views. Pool area was quite and relaxing, maybe due to been through the week. Staff and cleaners all very friendly and helpful.

Overall my stay was very enjoyable. I've stayed in this hotel several times before and some rooms are internal so double check what you've booked if you want a nice balcony with nice views.

Room was a little bit battered in places and basic. Breakfast was buffet and cooked items were lukewarm if not cold. Bacon and sausages were awful but that’s our taste. Some staff a bit grumpy some very nice especially lady on reception. Bar closed at 12.30 prompt and staff hovered over you with jackets on waiting for you to finish. A lady asked for a glass of water and they refused. House white wine was very poor to taste.

The second room we were given was spacious and well furnished. Good view from the terrace. Large bathroom. High standard of cleanliness.

On checking in, we were given a worse room than usual but were fobbed off by the male receptionist who insisted that all rooms are the same. The following morning, we complained again and the female receptionist immediately allocated us a better room which was up to the standard of our previous stays.
