Parking at hotel - good Location, breakfast, staff - very good. Wanted to stay for 2 nights during Benidorm Fiestas 13 & 14 November but Minimum stay of 5 nights only available ????

Stunning views from room. Very clean and modern hotel. Great selection for breakfast and brilliant pool area for relaxing in the sun. Most of the staff were friendly, approachable and welcoming.

Got overcharged for laundry and took longer than I thought it would to get it back. Took a while to sort out the over charge, but eventually got it sorted.

The hotel is fantastic, the location is fantastic. It has been and still is being modernised. Reception staff are very helpful bar staff are great. We would definitely recommend it. It was my birthday, and a bottle of Champagne was left in our room with 2 glasses, which was a nice touch.

We had a 7.30am pick up on our last morning. We were unable to get a coffee or any toast/ cereal.etc we paid for 3 nights B&B, and we only got 2 breakfasts. The hotel could do with arranging some food and drink for early morning return travellers.

This is an excellent hotel! We were a group of 7 celebrating my 40th birthday. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, so much variety and very good quality, fresh ingredients. It was incredibly clean and in an excellent location, right on the seafront, away from the mayhem, but close enough to walk to Calle Gerona and the old town, which we much preferred. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. We could not praise this hotel highly enough.

We were really struggling to find fault, but if we could make some suggestions? Perhaps more sun loungers around the pool and less tables / chairs as we couldn't ever get. lounger, but the tables were often empty. A kettle in the room would have been welcome (it didn't bother me, but I don't drink tea of coffee) and lastly, just for everyone to be aware, the bathroom door has large gaps at the top and bottom. This really is picking though, as we loved this hotel.

Modern clean and perfect location . Near to the beach and old town

On checkout at midday there was no facility to have a shower only a room to store luggage!. We had to use the cold shower in front of the pool and our transfer wasn’t until the evening .

Amazing location looking out to the middle of Levante Beach. Turn left and in 15mins you are in the madness. Turn right and in the same time you will be strolling the little streets of the Old Town.

2 things - our room, a side sea view one did not have any tea or coffee making facilities. The pool is also small for the size of hotel and the sad early morning sun bed rush means that you will likely miss out. This is frustrating but means you just have to take advantage of the amazing beach and sea.

The reception staff were particularly accommodating and friendly. I really liked how they were able to provide us with fresh towels after a spontaneous swim in the sea one evening. The breakfast host was great too, very friendly. The rooms were super. They were really clean and spacious. It was great to have a safe and fridge in the room. Both worked perfectly. The air-conditioning was also flawless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, as good as you can get. The USB charging ports were also really convenient. The breakfast variety was excellent, and the food was great, too. The atmosphere at breakfast and pool side was brilliant with the live music. The perfomers were excellent and created the perfect ambience. This was such a nice touch. The drinks provided were also excellent. Lovely fresh juices and nice coffee machines. The pool had everything we needed. It had a lovely seating area. Inside the bar has plenty of comfortable seating too. The location is 10/10. Not too far but not too close to all the action. The beach is right outside. Thank you Melia and staff. You made our stay perfect.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be the elevator. It's a bit small and slow. So if there's a lot of people waiting, you could be there awhile. We didn't mind taking the stairs, so it wasn't really an issue for us.

Excellent location and a modern and stylish hotel.

Location is second to none so perfect for those wanting to experience the many different aspects Benidorm has to offer. Hotel is compact but plenty of space to enjoy the facilities on offer. All very clean and well maintained and the staff in all areas are very good.

Nothing to complain about even though we didn’t choose a sea view room this time we still have a side sea view and the rooms was very quiet and peaceful. Absolutely no complaints from us.

Clean and contemporary hotel, staff friendly and accommodating, bed and pillows very comfortable, plenty of variety in restaurant, location excellent directly opposite a clean beach and promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants. Upgraded from city view to sea view room, no extra charge!!!! 😊

Although staff very accommodating and friendly, checking in process very slow. Not many sunbeds for size of hotel, although beach across the promenade from hotel, charges for sunbeds and parasol 18 euros. Some of the bar prices were expensive.
