It has surround views with three balcony's. one is a small piece of heaven looking out to the sea and only beauty and water as an outlook,one is overlooking a lovely full length view of beach ,ocean and vibrant bars .another is practical for drying washing ,fresh air ect.its like a pent house but quite normal and cosy inside.very close to everything and so easy to find when I leave as u can see from shore front . excellent all round

The pillows are flat and really awful.i had two but still so bad.the bedding was thin ,flimsy and not warm.i was there in February and one thin blanket isn't enough .u get one top sheet to it we were all cold.there is a heater in living area but it only heats that part no where else.the cooker has no instructions at all and is not much good.no oven .

-These apartments have the great advantage, compared to their competitors, to have the best possible view and location. In Benidorm, under this aspect, there is no something better; -The apartments are very spacious and well designated; -The various balconies of the apartments are magnificent; -There is a reception in case of requests.

Despite the great possibilities of this structure, our stay has not been exceptional. Some minor problems have arisen: -The building need to be renewed; -AC only in the living room; -Free parking is limited in high season, otherwise you have to pay additional 15€/day for some reserved slots.

The location is very nice , the appartement sea view is amazing, close from all attraction in Playa de levante, if you like hiking playa cala almadraba is just infront of the hotel , snorkeling thier is amazing , if you have kids don't take the carting will not be able to reach, staff is very friendly and very co-operative ,Good value for the money , thanks for the excellent vacation sure we will come again

The access for the elevator beside the swimming pool from the hotel had stairway around 15 stairs , if you had a baby carting it will be exhausting 😴, and you must use this elevator or it will be very hard to push it up the hill through the parking , the swimming pool is relatively small

I staid with a group of friends looking to chill after a 5 day Mad Cool festival un Madrid. The 2 bed room apartment fitted 5 of us perfectly and the location and facilities were perfect for our needs. The pool area was nice and clean and there were plenty sunbeds. Our pickup on the last day wasnt until 14:30 and the MGMT were kind enough to afford us a late checkout at short notice so we handed the key's back a little later which allowed us to freshen up just before pickup. I read some comments about the hill up to apartments. Heading out for lunch or at night is no problem as its down hill. Its not all that bad coming back but if you are not used to the heat like us we just got taxis back which drop you at the back gate and lift to the pool area for little over €5 which we didnt mind at all.

1 aircon unit in the livingroom area and none in the bedrooms meant the bedrooms were hot and stuffy at night. We had to buy fans to help keep temperature down and create airflow.

I thought the location was amazing. The views absolutely brilliant and the facilities excellent. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, balconies all around and a good kitchen with a washer and a microwave, plus kettle. Also a cleaning pack so no need to take anything to clean up with. TV is also good but limited channels - however if you go to Benidorm you don't go to watch Telly! The apartments were clean with plenty fresh towels.

Be aware there is a good walk up to the apartment. There is a lift from the main road up over to the pool area etc, but if you are just arriving it is not clearly visible. If you have mobility issues or a push chair, think carefully. I would also add the signage outside the apartments are not the greatest and not very visible. We got there in the end, and there is a sign, but it's not clear especially if it is dark. Also - be mindful that reception is not 24 hour. The people are lovely but if you arrive late or early make sure you are fully aware of the process to get into your apartment. There is no furniture on the balconies - but be aware that up at a height it is windy and any furniture would be a missile!

Great apartment and pool was great and super clean

As we arrived at 7pm we were told we needed to get key from hotel lido. They knew nothing and were pretty rude. Thankfully as we walked up the hill ( slightly worried) the guy was driving down in his car. Next morning we got what we had paid refunded, paid deposit and amount due and then got new keys. All seemed a faff when u should be able to sort on arrival. Not sure why hotel lido couldn't have called them.. its like they have never done this before..very odd

Having stayed at the apartment previously I was fully aware of what to expect and it didn’t disappoint which was great for my guests who were greatly impressed with the experience and value for money that the apartment provided and all gave a massive thumbs up to re booking in the future.

If there was any reason for improvement, it would be the shower facilities could have been a little better but nothing else in our opinion was required and even they were adequate overall.

From the booking the correspondence was fantastic. Everything we asked they tried to accommodate. Any questions were asked immediately. Great value the safe was only €2:50 per day, air conditioning was free of charge which was a huge bonus. Even though we checked out before reception opened all information was clearly explained. Would definitely re book without hesitation.

The property was great but there is a hill and several steps so bear this in mind if mobility is an issue.

The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful and the views were fantastic. The pool area was cleaned every day and in our ten day stay we were offered new towels and bedding twice. For the price we paid this is very good value for money.

There is only one slight downfall, that is there is a rather steep hill to walk up/down to access the apartments although there is a lift near the apartments that does save a further hike.

Quiet location and impressive views. Close to the sea. Big balconies. Washing machine. Good and easy cooker. Quick warm water supply.

Appartments are basic and a bit of worn out, and have simple and cheap furniture and basic kitchen equipment. Hard mattresses. Toilets not clean. No cleaning during your stay. There are two bathrooms but in one the shower causes flooding in bathroom and sleeping room, and in the other one the bath can't be used in a normal way due to a bad bath plug. Dirty showercurtains.
