Good location just 5 mins walk to edge of old town, 10 mins into central old town. Room was clean with comfy beds and a full size bath, great after a long walk up to the castle and round town. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and spoke excellent English.

I was disappointed that the bar is no longer open. It’s still there on the ground floor but not operating.

The hotel is very well located. Easy access to the centre (Plaza Mayor) as well to other attractions. Has a good private parking and staff is very warm and pleasant. The room was big and beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Very quiet. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

There was nothing that I didnt liked. All was great, from location, staff, room and breakfast quality.

Bed was very comfortable and the sheets lovely soft and clean. Views from the room were stunning. Air con worked well and as it was a chilly evening it heated the room quickly. Location for the old town was excellent. Only a nice stroll and we were there. Receptionist gave us a map and showed us the restaurants. No complaints at all for the accommodation and location.

Parking outside the hotel was a problem as it is right beside the traffic lights. Perhaps a larger notice saying the stop was for hotel users 10 mins for checking in. We booked secure garage parking and it was secure. We had difficulty finding the 'H' markings as it was very dark. When leaving finding the exit took us an age as the arrows to exit are very small. However we managed and were very happy leaving our car there.

Good location for Hotel in Burgos , 5 minutes to central rambla and Catherdal área. Área very quiet , staff very helpful and secure parking on site and easily accessible. Breakfast very tasty and plenty of hot and cold choices. Comfortable stay

The Bathroom was clean but a bit worn and require a upgrade refurbishment.

Our room had a fantastic view! One of the top floor, facing the center: Cathedral visible all the time. Gorgeous. Not expensive in January at least. Worth the price.

No mini-fridge, no electric kettle Guests not allowed into the room (understandable, and there is a leisure area near the reception for that).

Good value, basic hotel within walking distance of the centre. Excellent garage with good access.. Friendly, helpful receptionists.

Our room, that overlooked a very busy road junction, had a badly sealing window, causing noise intrusion during the night. Not the best sound insulation between rooms. The outlook from the hotel is very urban. About half a mile to the old town.

The hotel is 5 min walk from the old town, breakfast is not fancy but a good variety, the receptionists were really helpful and attentive. There is a grocery shop near by (5 min walk) which was handy. The hotel charge 15 euros for parking but there is a free parking area around 3 min walk from the hotel.

The bed was not as comfortable as I have expected but was good enough

The breakfast was quite good but there was not to much for those who don't eat pork and beef. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The mattress was moving from the bed which causes discomfort while sleeping.

It is quite dated, the facilities could do with a refresh. BUT everything was clean and acceptable for the price.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Very good choice of hot and cold for breakfast. Added bonus was that we were able to park right outside the hotel.
