The apartment is located close to the airport and you can get from the in 7 min by bus, which is very comfortable It is basically on the beach (you can visit 2 beaches in 2 min walk) and has a lovely sea view, which you can enjoy from the balcony. The studio is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and you can cook by yourself. The location is great: you have 2 beaches, 3 supermarkets, beach promenade, plenty of bars and restaurants. There's also a bus to get you to the city centre of Palma in 30-45min. The stuff is very pleasant, helpful and is always there for your comfort. It was a very pleasant stay. We hope to come back

Great apartments for a great price! There are two nearby beaches, including one for small children (very calm and shallow). Multiple shops nearby where you can buy all the necessities. Apartments themselves are nice, clean, there is everything you need in the kitchen (buy a dishwasher yourself though). AC is pretty strong and working well. The staff is nice and friendly.

WiFi is unstable and slow when others are using it. Better to use your cellular phone and share, and if you are not from the EU, buy a Spanish SIM card also.

Great location close to everything. Nice beach out front with enough space to put up your own umbrella. Bus to airport 6-7 min walk, busride only 10 min. Aircon good, wifi ok. Fridge with freezer good size. Kitchen had everything needed except a cutting board. Great ocean view - we had room 303. Nice people working there. Would def book again even if some cleaning is needed.

The whole apartment needs a washdown.. and some paint. And new curtains..maybe new mattress, but we were comfortable enough. So if you are a very clean person this place might not be for you, the cleaners only change the sheets/towels and take out the thrash,they don't clean the floor/bathroom. We were ok with the situation.

Location next to the beach was great, excellent restaurants and services just outside! The apartment was perfect for two people. Close to the airport, easy access to other areas such as Palma, Arenal, shopping center, aquarium and so on.

The general problem with the area is it's proximity to the airport and the noise from the aircrafts. The windows would not completely block the noise. Parking the car could sometimes also be challenging.

The hotel staff were great and lady in the reception was super helpful. Room had good view and location was perfect for us. Good set of amenities in the kitchen and beds were comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily,

Not a big issue but shower area could be cleaner and possibly provide with hand wash dispensers for kitchen and bathroom sinks. I bought own shampoo and soap dispensers for my journey.

This was a great apartment for what I needed. It was a small little kitchen for cooking a small living area and then the bedroom. Air con was amazing as it was 40 degrees while I was there. There was aircon in the living room and bedroom. Location was in a good spot pretty much right on the beach, place wasn't too noisy. Perfect for what I needed. Near a couple of beaches, many Restaurants and supermarkets. Parking is a little hard nearby but just have to move at the right time. I was pretty lucky the days I stayed here and got ones super close. I felt very safe here and neighbourhood was nice.

The location is incredible, right next to restaurants & beaches, yet close to public transport that takes you to Palma Center in 20min

If you consider this as a workation place - don’t count on local WiFi, it’s very poor

There are comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. The hotel is close to the beach and many restaurants, and Spar is just next door.

We stayed on the 1st floor, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working and only showed access to the 2nd, which was too weak for us.

It was well worth the money, verry good location, close to stores and busses, VERRY close to the beach.

The bathroom is poorly designed, you cant really sit on the toilet, and the view isnt great from the balkong. BUT it was cheap and comftable, if you are on a budget, i highly recomend

Location was right on the beach front.

Nowhere to dry your towels on the balcony. No seat or table on the balcony. A new boiler had been fitted and you couldn't shut the cupboard door over it, so you kept hitting your head when using the kitchen sink.
