Was perfect location for our needs, the staff were very helpful and asked which language we would like them to speak. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. A microwave and free coffee machine available 24 hours a day.

disappointed that parking could not be reserved and was a chargeable extra as this was one of the main reasons we chose to book here on booking.com. When we arrived we chose to use on street parking as we could not be guaranteed a parking space. Please adjust your entry in booking.com to show that parking must be paid for and cannot be reserved. No cups in the bathroom.

This is a well positioned hotel for enjoying the port area and surrounding plazas and streets that house some fantastic places to eat and drink.

Our room was a good size with a very large comfortable bed, the facilities were good, the downside was that I found a pair of womans knickers hanging behind the door which I assume were left by the previous customers. No great drama to be honest but should not have been missed by house cleaning. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The room was very good sized and organized, and with a good TV and ar-conditioning. Breakfast was very good compared the price (although missed some eggs, hehe). Was also great to meet with Skid Row members at the hotel lobby... :-)

Frigobar was not cooling enough, wi-fi was failing several times in the room, there was no pool (yes, I knew it, but I missed it). :-)

searched for a last minute hotel on a road trip and looked at the reviews for this hotel…. sounded fab so booked it and we were NOT disappointed! brilliant value for money. located in a side street but few steps de Main Street with bars and attractions staff all extremely helpful and polite and free tea and coffee 24hrs which was fab. breakfast was continental and optional but cheap. shower gel/ shampoo and hairdryer also included….. great little find. would definitely recommend for a short city break !!

if I did have to say anything it was a little noisy due to city centre but we slays have ear plugs at the ready !!! … excellent value 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location was ideal for a visit to the old town. The room was very big and clean.with underground carpark. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked the free tea and coffee facility downstairs. Breakfast was very good and variedd.

The hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere and the rooms very very utilitarian.

Location was amazing, next to one of the main streets in Cartagena. Staff was incredibly nice and they had a 24h self-service for free coffee/tea.

We got a really nice room the first night. However, it was extremely noisy since there was a pub right underneath the window, making it impossible to sleep through the night. Nevertheless, we let the staff know in the morning and they switched our room for a different one, and we're really nice about it.

Great location to see the old town and the harbor. Breakfast with good quality and variety. Nice and helpful staff, open for special wishes Room was well equipped and comfortable.

Breakfast a little uncomfortable with trays and in reception hall. Bathroom needs to be renewed due to wet bottom bars.

Despite blackout curtains, lots of light leaked into room from hallway - why not dim lights after 10 p.m.? Parking situation was not great: maneuvering into the tiny tight space in the nearby garage was extremely difficult, even for an excellent driver. And it was expensive. Definitely drop bags first.

Extremely friendly staff, the room was brilliant, modern and spotless, can't beat the location 5 minutes walk from the main square where the parade passes. Great night's sleep as its just enough away from the busy area. Highly recommended.

Good shower pressure, which for most hotels is an issue. Good bed. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

Would be great if there would be some warm breakfast food. And because of the way how and where building is located, the rooms are pretty dark which for a daytime is not that great.
