Spotlessly clean, comfortable and really friendly staff. Easy to get to off the motorway and lots of free parking on site. Easy walk to the Espacio Mediterraneo shopping centre and bus no 4 takes you into Cartagena every half hour. Bus stop across the street but it is best to ask at reception for location because there is no sign at the stop ! Will definitely return soon to explore more of Cartagena !

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect for us

We did not have breakfast as we were going to Cartagena then moving on towards Barcelona.. We stayed here as it was the closest to Cartagena which does not have suitable hotels. We would have liked the restaurant open but we were told it only opened in the week. The staff were very friendly we found a cafe /bar for a drink nearby and we were given lots of ice quickly when requested from the staff at our hotel.

Very nice hotel! Cleanliness 100%! everything disinfected (TV remote prepared for use in a plastic bag). Very high standard of care (reception) and quality comparable with 4* hotels in Europe. 8 min. by car from the city center, free parking in the hotel area.

Little bit difficult to find and maybe older furniture in the room.

it’s a bit far out of town, which we knew, but something to be aware of if you are not familiar with Cartagena. Public transport to and from this area is not as frequent as you may wish, although taxis are not too expensive.

If you drive, this hotel is a good choice! Cartagena is a lovely seaside town. It is probably not on the list of most people visiting Spain, but it is an interesting place to visit. The hotel is clean, safe, and the breakfast is good.

Excellent facilities so close to Auto route easy to find ...Good breakfast ....please note no restraint T hotel weekends But close to numerous restaurants on large shopping center .

No evening food weekends

They went above and beyond decorating my room with my request. (Bob Ross pictures) The bathtub was super nice. Filling it up took mere minutes, and nothing beats cooling your feet after walking home from a festival!

How close it was to the city. It's 6 minutes by car. Also, the room was clean enough. No issues whatsoever. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly.

There was a smell of smoke in the room. Someone had smoked and then they have tried to vent it out, but that's a hard one.

Well located hotel for people who want to be handy for the highway. Plenty of parking at or adjacent to the hotel. The menu del dia was excellent quality and value. The breakfast was also good.

Nothing of significance.

Great staff and free parking!! it’s a lil outside the town but it sure beats paying for car parks! I walked into the town, only 40 mins, but don’t do it at night as you won’t be seen by the cars too well.
