Mannix apartments are very centrally situated, near to beach, promenade, Santa Catalina Park, shops, cafes & restaurants. The aquarium (Poema del Mar)and the Elder science and technology museum are within walking distance. There is also a laundrette just across the road from the apartments. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. There was always someone available at reception and the staff are all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Apartments at the front of the building have a small balcony, just enough for 2 chairs and a small table. The street below the balcony is busy during the day but was quiet during the night. There was always plenty of hot water for a shower and water pressure was good. Regular housekeeping, 5 days out of 7. The kitchen area is on the small side but has everything you need to make a simple meal. A safety deposit box is available for €10 per week and these are located in an area close to the reception area.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was great, a very short walk to the beach & lots of places to eat & drink & a number of supermarkets. Christina pointed out various places of interest on the map at check in & she was spot on. All the staff were great. The room was cleaned 5 days a week and all appliances worked well. The private terrace in the Penthouse was fantastic. I read several books in the glorious sunshine.

Balcony was great to chill in the evening. Room is very big and storage is very spacious. Staff was always super kind and helpful. Location is superb you're in the walking distance away from the beach, shopping centre, shops, cafes, and close to a bus stop if you want to travel to different parts of the city.

No coffee, tea, sugar or milk at the property so you have to buy your own which is inconvenient. Table and chair too big for a balcony.

Daniel and Cristina go the extra mile to make sure you spend a great time in Las Palmas. The apart hotel is situated in the best area, close to Las Canteras beach, a museum and many restaurants. The room has everything you need, a nice kitchen and bathroom.

Las Palmas has the best climate of the world, but still, maybe a ceiling fan would be grateful when a night is hotter than usual.

Central location, very close to the beach and to restaurants, bars, shops and a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Clean apartment with everything you need (kitchen, air dryer , TV). Cristina at the reception is a fantastic person, very kind and available at any time (considering that the reception is open 24 hours). I will definitely be back :)

The kitchen had everything I needed, including a moka pot for morning coffee. Nice bathroom. Nice sofa. Desk for my laptop. Extra desk for whatever... As a mature, solo female, I felt safe here. The desk at the entrance is always staffed.

You can hear noises during the day, but I slept well at night, so it must be only during the daytime. It's in the city, so there will be some.

Daniel, the manager, was very kind to accommodate my needs for working. Everything worked fine: quiet hotel, good Wi-Fi, good mattress, shower with good pressure, well furnished kitchen. Lastly, the cleaning kit for the dishes.

We liked the convenience and the cleanliness of everything, so close to shops, cafes, beach and the promenade was fabulous for walking

The only things we did'nt like were the internal rooms and not being able to see daylight but it was my mistake as I booked in a panic when Booking.com cancelled our original booking in another hotel a few days before we were due to travel so lesson learned

The property was very clean, the service was exceptional. It was placed in a very good location, near the beach and also near some good bars and restaurants. The receptionists were very friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend it.

The apartments were in a very good location, with a 10 minute walk to las canteras beach and a 15 minute walk to the san catalina bus station. Local shops were nearby and down the block, interesting neighbourhood to walk around.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like, as the apartment had everything I needed and the staff on reception were always helpful. I was happy using the safe in reception, maybe one thing to improve on would be to have a key code to unlock the safe, instead of a key. Apart from that, it was perfect
