Best location for beach restaurants and bares. Our room was in the 6th floor and we slept very good, didn’t hear the noise of the street. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Storage place if the cabinet could be better as it has shelves only at the top and bottom of the cabinet. Lot of pillows and blankets which are not needed. Too few hangers. Bathroom is somewhat outdated but o.k for a 3 stars hotel.

Perfect location - 10 mins to bus station, the beach and main promenade at the end of the street, a few minutes to the marina, main shopping street. The old town is about an hours walk along the coast. Excellent staff - reception were very helpful. Great breakfast - plenty of choice, toaster, toasting machine, sandwich maker, microwave Good sized room, very modern in decor, good choice of TV channels, plenty of hot water, kettle/ tea making facilities, safe and Wi Fi Lovely beach at the end of the street - sun beds only 6 euros to for two beds which is really cheap Excellent restaurants along the promenade and plenty of cafes too.

Only a minor complaint but it would be better to have a proper fridge to keep drinks cold. The cold box doesnt really keep anything cold and in the hot weather you really need cold drinks.

The location is excellant, room was big and comfy and we had a big clothes closets. The batroom was very good it was great to have a little fridge and a kettle also the bslvony was very nice. Roof terrace was was very big and had a great view. Breakfast was fine and staff was nice, welcoming and helpful.

The faucet in the shower are in need of replacement and the tiles in the shower do need some extra cleaning.

I liked ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING as I have stayed here many times previously. Excellent night's sleep in a quiet room. Excellent friendly staff that always try their utmost to please. I will stay again for sure. 30 seconds to the beach and the roof terrace is very pleasant.

Location, staff, facilities were all excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were either too hard or too soft, couldn't find a balance in them but that's pretty minor compared to all the other pluses. Also, I could have asked if they had other pillows, and I didn't.

Location is perfect, just one hunderd steps to reach Las Canteres beach and less than 2 min walk to reach Santa Catalina park. Around you can find a lot od restaurants, coffee bars, shops,.... Old town is few stations far from Santa Catalina park by bus.

Excellent location near to playa Canteras and many bars and restaurants. Quiet street with no bar noise. Comfortable room and large shower room.

Wardrobes could have done with another shelf, apart from that, excellent.

It is a great hotel, well-decorated, clean, in a great location and very comfortable! Staff was very kind and helpful! They arranged for a small take-away breakfast for an early flight, making everything more convenient! I particularly enjoyed the room with the outdoor shower!

Our 6th visit.. Wonderful staff. Location perfect. Clean. Comfortable. Our 'home' when visiting Las Palmas.
