I liked the location, the staff and the room was very cozy with good air conditioning and comfy bed. Decent and affordable dinner at the adjoining restaurant. They have a comfortable lobby room with plenty seats, a table and 2 computers with room to leave your luggage and rest until you have to leave for the airport. Luggage is not under lock and key, but I felt safe to leave it there as the reception staff are quite attentive. I had late flight and spent a few hours walkabout and when I returned my luggage seemed safe and sound..nothing missing so..cool.

There are shady characters in the area but overall I believe it to be that way in the whole of the town..not hotels fault.

Perfect location - beautiful promenade near with many restaurants and all other amenities, including the bus stations, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Wifi was quite poor especially in the evening.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was really clean, the bathroom was lovelyand the shower was powerful. The hotel is very central to the main promenade. I was surprised too that my bed was changed during my 2 night stay. Incredible!

Small criticisms only- the room was very small so no space for daily stretches or yoga. This is really important for me. The lighting was also exceptionally bright and no bedside lamp which is always a handy feature. I considered the price to be too high - €40-50 seems more reasonable for such a tiny room but i also understand that it's high season. I would have opted out of the room clean if I could (it was unnecessary for such a short stay). The breakfast (€7) was poor quality although plentiful - industrial croissants, muffins, sliced ham and cheese. There are so many places close by with much higher quality so I recommend going there.

The location is perfect, quite literally next to the beach, and in a nice neighborhood for tourists. The staff was very professional and attentive, and we had no trouble at all with the place. The rooms tho small were quite nice.

As mentioned the rooms are quite small, but that's manageable if you're here for a couple of days and don't have many needs. The wifi was also a bit slow during the day but that's negligible.

Very good location in Las palmas where you have many restaurants, beach and shopping centers near to you. Even aquarium and city centers and historical parts were near to it and has really good access by public bus or walking. The rooms were good enough for the given price and the breakfast was quite fair and basic classic breakfast but honestly was good. Generally, due to its location and price it is really recommended to stay here if you want to spend more time outside and just need a place to stay and sleep.

All things were good, just maybe they can give information before arrival that where we can park our car as they have some agreements with nearby parking and as a new arrived person on that street was a bit difficult to find a park place and drop luggages. Another minor issue was the elevator as it was a bit small and just 1 slow one which if many people use it can cause some problems.

Location was very good close to the beach.

Breakfast not really tasty. Camera had double windows however every nights i hear noise from scouters and traffic. They did not change our bed sheets in 7 nights. I would.like to have a mini fridge in my room to keep my water cold in a hot place like las palmas.

The hotel was in a great location just walking distance from the sea front, not too noisy and walking distance from town center, chops and restaurants. hardly recommended.

The hotel is located by a road (not too busy with traffic) and lower floors are a bit noise, we have to ask for a room change to a 3rd or 4th floor to be able to sleep with the window open, the staff is really nice and handle any request with a great smile.

The position is excellent, the chamber was clean and very comfortable and the staff is very kind and always available. Generally speaking, the hotel has an high quality price ratio.

Not all the staff speaks English, so in few cases we had some difficult to understand eachother. The chamber did not had any electrical outlet with ground, so if you've any device with earthed plug you should carry an adapter.

Location is fantastic - very close to the beach and all amenities, including the bus station which enables easy access to the rest of the island. The room was comfortable, had a small outside area and huge bathroom. Very clean. Did not book breakfast. For the price, this is an excellent find!

There was perhaps too much furniture in the room so it was difficult to navigate around one side of the bed to the bathroom. The outside space was lovely but would benefit some TLC.
