Great resort! The facilities on the property are great. The staff are absolutely incredible, they are super efficient and very friendly. The pool is amazing and quite big considering how busy it gets. We chose the room with the pool and sea view which is best located for a great view of the sunset. We also booked the full board option which is great option as the meals are quite expensive.

The WiFi is a hit and miss and all channels are in Spanish or Portuguese. If you opt in for the full board, just remember it’s only inclusive of everything during bfast, lunch and dinner. Any other drinks, coffee, snacks etc, during the day is for your expense.

It's really a wonderful hotel. Very beautiful, big, clean, well decorated. The pool area is the best. Feels like you're in the Caribbean. The beach is right in front, also very beautiful. The service is very good. The only thing negative, is the quality of the food, the variety and the space where the meals are served - very small for the size of the hotel, which creat crowds, noise and lines.

Pool was incredible and the animation by the pool as well. The room was ok for two and a baby. Very spacious hotel with a lots of shades outside.

For us the food could be better. The meat was not totally grilled (it was a challenge to pick up the less raw for our child). The deserts also could be better. The parking was very expensive! (18€/day)

Great rooms and swimming pools. Outside areas with a lot of shade provided by trees. Food is very good, quality and diversity. The hotel is great in terms of infrastucture and staff.

Animation programme is not extensive, which is ok. But it could be better at night, with some traditional shows and some music/dances to involve the guests. Hotel could have beach ammenities for guests, such as sunbeds and umbrellas.

There is a part on the pool, close to the outdoor restaurant with a constant smell of burning fuel. I guess its the smoke from generators or something similar. That part of the park we had to avoid. The animation tem is really the worst i have came across... I wasn't expecting that from this kind of hotel. The rest was very good and for some one like me that went to this hotel to rest is amazing.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic, as well was the staff working there. We want to give special thanks to Palermo, Susana, Germán, Lenaz and Isa Vazquez . They were very gentle and sympathetic, always with a big smile. The swimming pool and the garden are amazing. The access to the beach is very useful. In general was all very very good. All the staff was very nice and helpful...reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, spa. Thank you all and see you soon.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect setting, close to restaurants. On a beautuful beach.

The only thing we could say is the coffee machines in the mornings were too few and we had to queue for ages. Other than that no complaints!

The hotel is enormous but very organised, so even with a lot of people there is space and places with tranquility. The beach is just in front and it is very long. Breakfast is good. Our room was big enough for our party of 3. The facilities are really clean and the building has some majesty, with plants everywhere.

There are several restaurants close to the hotel, but all have similar menu. In all of them the food is nothing special and pricy for the quality. We opted for having dinner at Ayamonte most of the evenings, where there are great restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent, good choice ,well presented, very hygienic.Staff very nice very helpful .Rooms are nicely modernised.

The entertainment at night wasn't in the usual place so it was noisy .The Internet was hit and miss.

The quality and abundance of the food was amazing. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, elegant but relaxed atmosphere, nice and big pool, the location is perfect: at the proximity to the seaside, yet in the center of the town.

The WiFi was just not working. Maybe they do it by purpose to keep people relaxed and away from work :)
