The room was very spacious! Very comfortable. The access was remote using an app/codes. The staff at the reception are fantastic and very helpful! The cleaning team is amazing as well! They are very friendly and responsive. I would always come to Abracadabra Suites when visiting Madrid! I absolutely loved my stay. The location is excellent! It's close to many tourist attractions and nice coffee shops. There are a couple of beautiful cathedrals around the neighborhood and a couple of metro stations as well. A very nice 20 min walk to Gran Via. The suites are very secure with cameras as well.

The property is located in a Very good area! Near to the Real Palace like a 5 min walk, right beside the palace you have also the cathedral,a bus stop right in front of the front door where will lead you straight to the city center. Surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Talking about the property itself very nice and cozy. The room is not huge but it’s also not small, just the perfect size. It was very clean smelling good as hell. The bed and pillow were something else, very comfortable, the room had ar conditioning to control the temperature it had a big window with blinds and shades and when closed makes the room pitch black, also had a flat screen tv with a bunch of channels and also Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Rakuten TV and others.The bathroom is quite big, equipped with everything you need, shower gel, towels and hand soap also had a blow dryer which was also good. I really liked the smart locks on the doors and it works very well. In general everything was great including the interaction with the customer support via WhatsApp. They were fantastic having a conversation with me since my landing at the airport until departure, always very nice and caring. If you check in early or check out later you can leave the luggage’s at the lockers on the first floor which was a plus for us. It was a SURPRISINGLY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Definitely my place of choice to stay in Madrid from now on! Thank you so much for everything!

I don’t think I can say I didn’t like.. maybe the fact that the walls are very thin and we can hear the other room (being honest it didn’t bother me at all)

Everything was nice and clean, the check-in was very easy (through app, so that you can do it any time) and the property made sure we had all the information necessary and was open to help with anything. Also, they updated our room to the one with a private bathroom and balcony, so, despite the fact we were happy with it and really loved our room as it was modern and had a lot of space, we were also pleased to see the way they wanted to make us feel as comfortable as they could. Location is great, you can walk anywhere in the centre by foot and there is also a supermarket just nearby.

Location is great!! Room was small but perfect for a couple. Bathroom was always clean. We had self check in with the app but it was super easy and understandable. We had our towels and sheets changed after 2nd night and hosts were available every moment of their working hours (which they specified in the whatsapp message and email).

Only bad thing was that the walls are pretty thin and you can easily hear every slightly loud voice and noice, but honestly it didn't bother us much as we understood that people are probably on vacation as us :) beds were little squeaky

The room (one-bed) was clean and rather comfortable, though I would appreciate one more chair or additional small table, as there was not much place to put things on. The shared bathroom was also clean and spacious. Good location - less than 10 mins to the city centre, right on the bus stop with the bus 3 that brings you through Gran Via to museums area. The App to open doors is easy to use. Staff mostly communicate online, but they are quite quick to respond.

it wasnt that difficult to get to the location from the airport (Barajas) and it was very easy to check in and get into the room with their app which was very useful. Although being a shared bathroom it was still clean and sometimes not as much for obvious reasons. The cleaning team and reception team made our stay pleasant and we also had a locker for the last day which came in handy. Receptionists had fluent English which made communication easy. Location was perfect and it was a Lovely stay would revisit in future for sure

I liked the convient location. It was very easy to walk around. The room was a decent size and felt quite safe staying there. You needed key entry into the building, into your suite area and your room.

Not having 24 hour reception. We had an issue with the check in and were unable to enter our room for the night. After getting in late evening with our flight. But the next day were very accomodating to get us checked in.

Great location, clean and safe rooms with a comfy bed and reliable showers.

It is a completely unmanned property which means you have to fiddle with apps to get inside the building and you have to check yourself in with passport details and photographs etc. A fair few stairs and no elevator.

Our experience at Abracadabra Apartments was very positive. It is very close to the city centre, only five minutes away from the amazing Royal Palace. The decor is pleasant, large shower/wc room, everything was clean. My score: 7/10 I would have given it a 9+ if only here was a tiny kettle in the room.

Really comfy bed and pillows, clean rooms and bathrooms, near location to everything, perfect for a 3 night stay for young people, the other guests were 20-something years old as well. The staff was also very helpful and answered always quickly, we could leave our baggages there in lockers till our plane departure

Traffic was a but loud during the night, I should took some earplugs. It's ideal for young people, have a little hostel-atmosphere, so maybe not your ideal location if you want to sleep calm at saturday night.
