The place is in an unbeatable location but a bit hard to locate if you come with car. The manager lady was very helpful, quick, and professional to handle some issues. we considered her services were the true value of the property. The other lady Paula kept calling us two days before we arrived, to ask us to try to get there before 5pm, (which is very annoying) and seemed wanted to leave sooner than our ETA 8pm, but she did wait for us after we argued the check in time is until 9pm and we definitely needed help with the parking situation.

The Gate was too narrow for cat to go through, and the sensor didn’t work , there were always crowds in front of the gate and the building, it eventually caused minor scratches on our car when we left and it was very stressful to get in and out. If those issues improved, still recommend to come back.

The location was perfect, near to everywhere. Staff on the reception were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cosy (it would be much better if there was a balcony). I cam mention that the ac system was working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable and good size, there was always hot water. Amazing place to stay. I hope we come again in the future.

Most of the things were perfect. The only few things we didn't like. One is that the bad smell was coming from the bathroom, but probably this problem is happening everywhere in the city. The other is that they are supposed to leave some things in the kitchen like coffee, tea, sugar, etc. ( i think that are the basic things that almost every booking apartment or hotel is providing)

Location, room design were really good. Staff were happy to help us about anything.

When we tried to use the stairs, automatic switch sensors are not located well and does not turn on the lights when we are on stairs. Due to darkness my son just fell and injured his leg. I gave this feedback to the staff and hope they had modified the sensor to respond when someone approaches to stairs.

This apartment is in a great location. It is comfortable, clean and modern. The reception staff are pleasant and friendly.

Our room was above a Flamenco bar. There were loud , drunk people under our windows until very late….we could even hear the tap, tap, tap of the dancers.

The location is fantastic. Just for fun knowledge - according to our Walking Tour Guide, it's right next to the Pope's official Residence in Madrid. And in the same square as a Convent for Nuns who bake cookies - you can ring the bell down from their main door and buy some of these cookies (all behind screens, as they can't have contact with the outside world). It is just around the corner from Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Major - good for some snacks and a drink. Just watch out, there are men around touting their goods for sale. Check-in was easy. We arrived late at night, but they had messaged us the code to get into the front door. We got a little confused trying to push open the entire door, not realising only the small door within the big door would open. It was probably very entertaining to watch these clueless tourists. We were in the 'Ross and Rachel' themed Apartment (Friends). It was very cute to walk into. Kitchen/Dining: There was a dining table, and a well-furnished kitchen. There were plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, a chopping board and one big knife. There is also a stove-top, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine (some capsules provided), and a jug. Living Room: This was open-space with the kitchen. When we arrived, the couch was opened out and set-up as a bed - even the duvet, sheets, and pillows were set-up. This was fantastic to have an additional space to relax in. Bedroom: The bed was very comfortable. There is a TV in here, as well as in the living room (if you need it). The wooden shutters are excellent for blacking out the light. There was a closet and safe lock box. Bathroom: Everything is disability-enabled, so it's all open space. So it can get wet when showering and the water goes everywhere - perhaps provide a squeegee, so guests can wipe away the excess water? Plenty of towels provided - we (2 people) were there for 5 nights and got 3 small towels and 4 big towels.

One main negative point: The floor wasn't the cleanest - you wouldn't notice unless you look at the dirt on the bottom of your socks after walking around. Perhaps provide slippers, or simply mop the floor? Small point: The floor at the entrance of the bed room was very worn, so the slates on the flooring would shift when walking on them. Just a slight hazard for tripping or getting your socks caught. Side-note: we were staying over the Christmas Period. There was a projection and music playing out in the square on Christmas Night. The music did not stop until 1am. Not a problem for any other time of the year, probably.

Great location as a base for exploring Madrid. Very spacious and homely room.

Bed is on the hard side and the walls are quite thin, but we still had a good sleep, so it can’t be that bad!

Doesn’t have enough hot water for shower. It gets cold for the second person after the first person showered for 10 mins.

An excellent facility in every aspect. I definitely recommend it. Your one-stop shop for accommodation in Madrid.

Location is as good as it can get in Madrid! Nice building, spacious appartment and easy self check-in.

The place is behind on maintenance and needs a good scrub! Stains all over: walls, carpet, couch, side of the bed, curtains, you name it! Mould strip around shower! So not done!
