We had 3 rooms. The larger room for 3 guests was exceptional--it was large and perfect for 3 guests. The smaller room with the King size bed was too small especially if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, though the rooms were very nice and very clean. We are happy with our choice of hotels, and we would stay there again. The location was great and the staff was very nice.

The King bed was slanted on one side, the mattress probably needs to be turned or replaced. I would prefer a little larger room or a better area within the room to access luggage without tripping over it on the floor. We also couldn't get the safe lock to work.

The location of the hotel was excellent and you could walk to all the main attractions quite easily. The staff were all friendly and accommodating The breakfast was continental, but they were happy to make eggs to order . Also, the breakfast ran till 11.30, so we didn't need to rush & we could enjoy a lie in after a late night, Loved sitting outside the hotel entrance having a drink or eating an ice cream from the adjacent store watching the world go by! Check out at 12 noon was very convenient, and you could leave your bags until we were ready to go to the airport

The weather was hot, so a complimentary bottle of water would have been good on arrival. Coffee machine was great but no good to tea drinkers, kettle would have been better as you could make both. We booked a double bedroom with double bed but got 2 single beds pushed together with separate bedding! This should be made clear at booking as we wanted a double bed.

This hotel exceeded expectations in all but one area. It is very modern and beautiful, with fresh flowers everywhere, a separate reading room, and sun room for all, and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was gorgeous, and the room nice. The breakfast was exceptional and a good deal for the prices in the area. The staff was great.

The room was EXTREMELY small. So narrow that the king sized bed took up the entire room. There was no way my husband and I could walk in front of the bed without walking one at a time. There was also no place for hanging clothes except a very tiny spot over a nightstand that had hangers for shirts. We basically had to live out of our luggage the whole time.

Great location & staff. Very clean throughout & nice decor.

Bit noisy but it was NY Eve. If you had a long shower it flooded the bathroom.

AMAZING location! Huge comfortable bed, a lovely balcony/veranda and nice bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only two minor issues we had were that there is no ceiling light in the bedroom which made it a bit difficult to get ready, but there are still plenty of lights in the room they just cast odd shadows when doing makeup or other things that require perfect lighting. Similarly, there is no mirror in the bedroom, only a bathroom mirror that shows from the waist up so we were unable to see our outfits.

The location for this hotel is absolutely fantastic and spot-on where you have everything nearby example, the Royal Palace is a two minute walk! Lovely cool shopping on your doorstep! We had to carry out a lot of research on restaurants as didn’t want to eat food which was tourist central! You have all the great shops and facilities that you require, but you need to walk abit further into the other streets to find a suitable supermarket to get necessities! Note that the double room is small, but we were there for 4 days which was perfect as we were always out carry out our activities! The shower is nice and spacious too, but close to the front door as you walk in. The room is like when you stay in the hub of Central London I will certainly be coming back soon & now even thinking of relocating to Madrid as it’s an incredible place!

Excellent location close to Sol and lots of sightseeing. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds and nice accessories. Location in the pedestrian zone. Quiet at night, despite being so central. Easy to book and good communication. Friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit on the small side. Breakfast was very basic for such a nice hotel. Once in three days I was offered a cooked breakfast, which was nice, but it seems that many people are not familiar with this option. Coffee quality should really be improved.

Great location at the heart of Madrid, walking distance to many museums and places of interest. Very big room, with a huge bed and bathroom and good view on the street. I'd stay here again.

We didn't much like the shampoo and shower gel offered, but that they offer them at all is a good thing. Also, the bathroom had a glass door that wasn't closing completely—we've been together with my husband for 12 years, but bathroom time is still something we wanted to keep fully private :P

Bed is very comfortable as it's memory foam. Quite safe as for some reason our door was left open the entire day while we were away and none of our things were lost. It's my bday when we checked in and they gave a bday card and candies. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a corner room and has a good view of the church's bell and great for IG photos :-) Also it's near the famous Sangines churros so it's easy and quick to go to for a late night snack.

No free upgrade for my bday or a free breakfast but that's OK. Location can be a bit noisy as it's near a bar.

The location was particularly ideal for us, because our daughter lives around the corner, but I would say it is absolutely ideal for everyone: everything can be done on foot, it is extremely central, and for further away there are two metro stations at 3 minutes distance. The taxi transfer via Booking from the airport worked very well for us, too. The room was comfortable with a very good shower and a nice bathroom in general.

There was quite a bit of noise from the street. I needed ear plugs, my husband slept through without.
