The location of the apartment was excellent! It was near the giant shopping hub in Puerta del Sol, with easy access to a metro and pharmacies, grocery stores, and more within walking distance. I might pick this location again if I return to Madrid, especially for the price and facilities included.

I really wish we weren't placed on the fifth floor. It was extremely hard for me and my mother to get all the way up with the luggage because she had problems with one of her legs. In the future, I would ask that we be placed lower if possible. I think it could be a bit of a struggle for disabled and elderly folks since there's no room for an elevator. However, if you're young and agile, it shouldn't be much of a problem.

The apartment was very centrally located, steps from Puerto del Sol and had a nice view of the street below. We had two Metro stops nearby as well as a department store, shops and a grocery store. The apartment was clean and we were offered a free extra cleaning halfway through our stay, which was nice. We liked the size of the apartment and the living room which had a sofa, table and chairs. The staff in the nearby office were friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage before check-in time. Bonus: the apartment is above a bakery/candy store, so we could sometimes smell the aromas of freshly-made treats in the evening.

There was no elevator but luckily our apartment was on the second floor and not higher up. There was noise from the street below but the windows shut out the sound.

Very conveniently located right near metro station and in middle of many sights. The guy that checked us in was very helpful. The check in location/baggage storage is in a building about 5 minutes away which wasn’t a problem for us. Room was small, but clean and comfortable for 2.

We were on top floor so a little over 100 stairs. No view at all. Only windows opened essentially to an air shaft with windows from other places and a skylight.

The location of this property is excellent. Close to Sol metro and thus it's easy to visit all of the popular attractions with ease. Good shops, bars and restaurants close by too. A good size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 showers which was particularly useful. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Madrid to do some sightseeing.

Air con was a little bit noisy at times and only one remote to control air con in both bedrooms.

The location was great as it is in close proximity to all main facilities and most popular landmarks;plaza del sol, gran via and the palace. The wifi connection was excellent.

Check in was not quite easy as the reception is not open 24/7. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift ( however it was mentioned when we did the booking). Another thing to mention is that the cleaning was not great.

Hola! We stayed at Suites You Nickel in Madrid for 4 days. Information which we get before our arrival was really helpful. If you want to visit Madrid this is perfect spot to stay for a few days. We were there in 5 big boys and conditions was tailor-made. Comfortable beds (5x1), two bathrooms with showers and toilets, whole kitchen staff etc. Gracias!

Broken door at the freezer

Excellent location. Comfortable flat with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Has the basics for a short stay. The highlight is indeed the location though, simple perfect!

We stayed in the second floor, which was good. But bear in mind that there is no lift (and they make this very clear) if you have any mobility issue, don’t book.

Location, location, location :) We stayed for 4 days and didn't need to use public transport at all, everything is walking distance from the flat. Their offices where you pick up the keys before your stay are less than a 5 minute walk from the appartment. Third floor with no elevator, we didn't mind at all. The place was clean and comfortable. Overall a great value for the price. :)

Water pressure in the showers was not that good, but it was a minor issue. Maybe missing some uttensils, like a sponge for the dishes but a market was nearby so it really isn't a big deal. :)

The location is superb. Right on the plaza of Sol, a few steps to the metro. The facilities were good. Staff is well mannered and helpful..

The upkeep is a bit lacking, could be better. Paint was damp and peeling in some areas. Price seemed high overall but then, the location is like that.

but loud during the night (not from outside but more from other guests coming back at 3am) but it’s expected in this location no soap, kitchen and sofa not in the best state, but we were there to go out not to sit in so it was fine
