How modern and clean it was. The room had a dishwasher and everything necessary for a clean comfortable stay. Room service and gym also on premises. There was sound proofing which ensured a good night's sleep. The apartment is central and convenient.

The booking allowed delayed payment but later I received a communication that it was contrary to their policy. Lots of back and forth with the link not working and I was getting worried paying through the link. Also some confusion on check in time. I requested and thought an early check in was accepted but later on was told that it was subject to availability. I think communication in general could be improved but otherwise no issue with the accommodation itself which we really liked ! Fyi, dishwasher needs to be started while you are in the apartment as it stops when the key fob is out of its place!

300 euro credit card charge at check in as deposit is a bit excessive but having never been to the city before I’m unsure if that’s a general rule amongst hotels / apartments

Great central location with access to metro (ideal for Mad Cool Festival, as well as general city seeing) shopping easily accessible for designer, high street and souvenir and gifts. Friendly and helpful staff throughout from front of house, reception and hard working housekeeping special shout out to the guy sorting out the luggage storage, very hard working, friendly, polite and helpful. Apartments are modern with good electric sockets, facilities, fresh and clean with everything you would want to be able to support yourself while staying. (Requested a mattress topper for the sofa bed which was provided swiftly) Lots of local supermarkets of various price ranges within meters, take aways and restaurants. Taxi service if requested. Air conditioning is superb…. Altho too cold if you have tv bedroom door shut! Pool with towels for guests and the bar at the top had an outstanding panoramic view. Ideal for couples, families and groups…. :) thanks for having us! Hope to see you again!

Fridge door in apartment 8D doesn’t close easily or quietly when sharing the apartment, often meant it wasn’t shut properly….. which might mean it’s less efficient.

The apartments are located on the main street with everything very accessible, bus stops, supermarket down below, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Although a very busy road which at night was, as my Grandsons put it "buzzing and exciting" there was little noise in the apartments, except for any emergency services. A gem of a find. The roof top terrace is spectacular with breathtaking views both day and night. The small bar was open from Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm until 10pm The staff on the Reception desk were particularly helpful in obtaining any tickets required for entrance into Museums, Football Stadiums, bus Tours, etc. The Gran View has varying sizes of apartments 1, 2,3 and 4 bedrooms to cater for all. We had 2 x 1 bedroom apartments with 2 adults plus 1 Junior in each. The apartments are quite spacious with the bed settee in the lounge area which we left made up. The kitchen/lounge area is open plan with a dishwasher/washing machine/microwave-oven/fridge freezer set in units plus an island with induction hob set in. Everything you would need to eat in if required.

The only down side was that although it was over +35c and during our school holiday period the pool was not open until 1st June during their "summer ".

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, and helped in providing email translation from Spanish to English, which was much appreciated. Similarly the young lady managing the roof top bar was extremely friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed when we visited. Both are good adverts for the property, but unfortunately I don't know any names! The apartment was clean and tidy but lacking in what I call 'comfort feel' - it felt cold, not literally but the atmosphere, although everything we needed for our stay was there. Brilliant situation in the city making everywhere very accessible and the Metro right outside the building.

The TV didn't work with the majority of channels showing a signal of 'No Service Available'. Windows are not able to be opened to get some fresh air into the apartment.

Communication was prompt and professional. Reydel, Daniela and Javi at the reception desk were extremely helpful and polite. They gave us some recommendations for good restaurants and bakery for birthday cakes. The apt/bathroom/kitchen were clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop has an incredible view. Luggage storage was available after check out, which was so convenient, but glad there was no need for us to use this service. The location was perfect!!! The building is located right at the center of gran via. I highly recommend this apartment!

Location is good and convenient. spacious apartment with cooking facilities and washing machine.

no cleaning provided unless you pay extra no extra towel provided unless you pay extra. suggest to provide toilet cleanser for daily cleaning by the guest. Staying for over 3 days or more but without cleaning would generally be unhygienic and not the ideal standard for cleanliness . Due to Covid in the past and then, we should maintain a good hygienic and preventing the build up of bacteria or odors. I found the toilet a bit smelly after 3 days. Also on my last day there, one of the lifts is out of order. We have been waiting for long as only one lift is operating.

The location is unbeatable. The apartment was large and surprisingly quiet given the busy location. We were there for not one but two events on our street - a huge protest march and the Saint Patrick's day parade. Both interesting and easily visible from our balconies.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was well appointed, large and clean. I felt like both the public areas - the lobby and hallways and the apartment were getting a bit tired. Some fresh paint and upholstery would go a long way. However, the price and location were enough to warrant another stay there. The elevators could be painfully slow to arrive.

The 2bd/2ba apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was top quality. Modern furniture and spacious, large living room and dining room. A/C, electric blinds and soundproof double glass. Comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop. The apartment hotel is located on the Gran Via in the center of everything and within walking distance to everywhere including bars, restaurants and of course shopping. The staff were gracious and helpful. There’s a cute rooftop bar with amazing sunset views.
