Good location and clean

When checking-in, the room was not cleaned and we had to wait until 5pm to get access to the room. The codes to the building entrance did not work. The management thought nothing about the wasting of our time while they did repairs on the building entrance door and gave us no compensation for our lost time.

Great location. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

All was great. Just the amount of messages & emails were a bit overwhelming for such a short stay.

Location, cleanliness, staff, communication with staff. Very close to the tube station, restaurants nearby, walking distance to many attractions.I was a bit worried after reading reviews about getting in using links and codes, but everything worked perfectly.

Bathroom-the door doesn't close properly, and the water is on the floor after the shower for quite a long time.The light in the room could be better. But for that price, I didn't expect perfect accommodation, and I would stay again for a few days.

The price, walking distance to the US embassy, close to the metro, good neighborhood, the room was ok.

The checkin process is terrible. They add you to a WhatsApp group, with many employees, you need to send your documents and they provide the details to open de door. They don’t accept cash, but no one said that no change would be given. You put the money in an envelope, take a picture, send to them and put the envelope in a safe. I asked, “what about my change”, they just said “no change”. It was late so I didn’t complain, but this is unacceptable! They should let the guests know in advance. I’m only giving a good rate because of the price and because the room was ok.

The room, bathroom, bed sheets and towels were clean. Tiles were very noisy but I think building is old so its normal. AC was working very well. And the room was ok for short staying but for longer stayings there should be a refrigirator, I think.

On our last day we had to wake up at 6 am because of the noise from the neighbours. They were yelling to each others. It started in the midnight. The only problem is the noise.

The beds were quite confortable and the room os spacious enough for two. The air conditioning worked very well too. I appreciated the elevator since i was travelling with suitcases. Overall, its good quality for money and its in a great location, just a 15 min walk to Gran Vía.

The room was clean but there was hair in the bathroom, a bit disgusting. We also had some problems to enter the building the first time although the owner aswered our texts quickly (i was in a WhatsApp group with all the staff members), she was a bit rude.

The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in a two singles with bathroom. Our room was clean, great view and with aircon. The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants, close to Metro.

Trying to enter the hostel can be challenging but you do it once then it’s super easy. The staff are very helpful and kind, even though you’re speaking to them over intercom and WhatsApp.

very clean. good location next to a metro, and also not a long walk to the centre. The barrio is fun with pride flags and lots of bars. aircon worked ok not amazing but it did the job. As everyone has said its unstaffed, so you need to follow instructions to enter with codes. I think to complain is unfair, as they do give you complete and clear instructions on how to enter via whatsapp.

shower head had a leak so pressure wasn't good. beds were a little soft and 'caved in' in places.

I liked how easy it was to communicate and get all the information concerning check in and entry into the building and our room. I can very much compliment the cleanliness of the room, it was impaccable. The location was great, central enough to reach all the main sights by foot easily but provided cosiness of not such an urban centre with bunch of local cafes, tapas and breakfast options and restaurants.

The bed in our room was small size and I could have used an extra pillow.

Clean, plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Transport nearby, Good value for the price. The lady cleans the room and beedings everyday .thank you

Broken control /knob for shower (hot water), leaking pipe for shower. It was already broken when we arrive. Hopefully can be fixed by owner before new occupants come. We didnt complain, too much hassle. Anyway ,we are always out, apart from sleeping. Thank you
