All as expected from the brochure. Breakfast was very good and a wide variety of items. Reception staff were extremely helpful booking a restaurant for dinner and directions to various places.

There was no on site restaurant. The website specifically stated Restaurant, a photo of the dining room also shown. This turned out to be the breakfast room. The website needs to be updated as we booked thinking a restaurant would be available. This was the only criticism we would have. Everything else was excellent.

Clean, friendly, super comfy beds, amazing location

You could sometimes hear the toad noise, but just close the shutters properly and it’s fine, you’re up early exploring the city anyway

Location is amazing, just off La Rambla. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Our room faced the street with a tiny balcony, which was charming. Easy walk to the Cathedral, on-off buses, taxis, etc. the place is clean with efficient staff. There is breakfast and a cocktail hour we did not take advantage of but great to know that's an option.

It was really a fine place. Decor could use some updating and our toilet was not fully attached to the floor.

Really friendly hotel, great central location, walking distance to main sights or metro station. Very clean and comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. Loved the blinds which meant a great night's sleep. I left my luggage for a few hours which was really handy and everything was very professional.

There was nothing at all I didn't like, it was quite a small room which was perfect for just me but might have been a bit of a squash for two.

The location was very convenient. Short walk to Gran Via and the stores and buses as well as the Plazas and the Metro. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean as were the beds. Loved the shuttered doors to mini balcony.

The elevator, which needed a room card to activate, was very temperamental. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Another thing that we noticed in European hotels in general were sparse counter spaces in the bathrooms and nowhere to get ice or drinks. While the WiFi was adequate, the TV was just OK.

It was in a great location. I did almost everything on foot. The room was always cool, which is what I needed in the Madrid heat. The shower was great, as were all the other appliances. Super comfortable bed.

i couldn't remember that it was a twin bed and not a bigger one, so that was a bit disappointing. a room with no proper window is a bit sad as well. for the money i paid, i wish i could've gotten a regular room and not a smaller sized one

The location is excellent. Just 2 minutes walking to the Opera metro station. There are supermarkets around as well. We also enjoyed the bed and the pillows, really comfortable. The room was quiet and dark at night. Shower was great as well. We do recommend the stay at Meninas Hotel.

We liked everything about our stay.

War broke out in my country and I couldn't return, I had to find somewhere to stay for the night and I found this nice hotel (though expensive) close to my previous accommodation. Luckily they had a free room when I arrived in the morning and they the lovely girl at the front desk let me check in at 11:30 a.m. She made sure I was ok and offered help, which I really appreciated. The room was lovely and very comfortable, a bit small but it was just me alone so it was perfect.

Hotel was right in the middle of Madrid and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Lovely well equipped rooms, lovely decor and super clean. Staff were extremely helpful and were always on hand should you need them. Breakfast had a great variety so something for everyone. Super modern bathroom with walk in shower and well equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries.Would 100% stay there again and would recommend this hotel to all

Only 1 tiny niggle was in my room the air con was more in the little area you walked into when you entered the room and not in the main area of the sleeping area

Very nice boutique type hotel-super clean, modern, convenient; the hotel workers were always pleasant and helpful. Travelling with kids the safety features were important for us and the hotel provided it. Thank you! Also, there were a grocery store and the laundromat within 1 min walking from the hotel and we really appreciated this perk (travelling with carry-on luggage in Europe). Will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family!
