The location is great. You are at a walking distance of great neighbourhoods and places to visit. Next door to indoor parking lots and a metro station. Tons of restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff was very friendly especially Mariano. He was so helpful with great recommendations and always asking if we are having a good time. The bed was very comfortable, even more so after spending the day walking through out the city and museums.

Nothing major at all. So for the sake of continuous improvement: the safe was not working and shower temperature was fluctuating but nothing uncomfortable.

My wife and I stayed four nights at Petit Palace Plaza, this was our first visit to Madrid. The architecture is beautiful. Hotel Petit Palace Plaza Espana is located near to grand via. Hotel check in staff very friendly, helpful, and informative. They serve a lovely breakfast at the hotel, varied with a choice of hot or cold food.The dining room staff are very friendly. Hotel guests can also help themselves to tea or coffee any time of day in the dining area.Our room was clean and tidy, again the cleaners are also very friendly.

Check in swift, friendly professional staff and very helpful with information to get to sights and best way to do that. The room we had was very good huge bathroom, good sized room for two people plenty of storage in the room. Air conditioning. Yes there as some outside noise each morning from traffic but it’s a working city and to be expected to an extent. It did not effect our stay. The breakfast is very good lots of choice hot and cold and the staff at breakfast helpful and keep everything clean, tables cleared quickly and food topped up promptly. The 24 hour access to tea/coffee/water is such a good idea. The public areas always clean and tidy. Luggage storage on check out perfect. The location was perfect main sights within walking distance at the most 25 minutes, this was the longest walk to a sight we did. The Royal palace is the shortest walk we got there in around 10 minutes. However we are walkers and walk almost everywhere when we travel. The metro is very close by should you wish to use public transport which is inexpensive, reliable and super clean. We used the metro twice to travel further away to places we wanted to see. It was so easy to use and helpful staff in hand at the metro stations to assist. We would definitely return to this hotel when next in Madrid. Thank you to you all for a nice stay!

Location. Walking distance to streets full of restaurants and shopping places. On breakfast yogurt and serials and few type of juices available. Fresh fruits. Could take coffee around the clock. The room was towards the inner yard so could keep window open whole day without direct sunlight.

The breakfast has quite little selection. Basic breakfast with scrambled eggs, bread and stuff. Though understandable given the size of the hotel.

The location, breakfast, shower and people are great!

The place is a bit beaten up (internal appearance wise), the bed not that great but not bad (comfortable but already in need of change). Not a 4 stars at all, 3 superior at most, but the price for advanced reservation made it worth (if you can take like 20 mins metro rides from/to hotel-downtown, you can stay in a much better place for the same price).

the property is in a central strategic area of the city. you have a bus stop right in front of the hotel and very close also several metro stations. the hotel itself is very modern and clean, the room was big enough and had several amenities. breakfast was rich and nice, many choices to look at both sweet and salty. every person of the staff was extremely nice and helpful!

the only thing I would add in the room to make the perfect stay is a place where to lay the luggage so it can stay there and make it easier to the guests to reach the items because we didn't have a place like this and everyday we had to move the bag and close it.

Good location and good breakfast .They gave early check in .Except for a certain lady at the front desk who refused to provide even the complimentary drinking water the rest of the staff were very courteous and good and helpful as they gave us early check in. They also provide 24 hours common coffee machine which is very helpful during winter.

Didn’t get hot water kettle as they did not have enough stock.

The bathroom was strange for me, it does not have window, fan or toilet brush. Furthermore it is right next to the bed, and glass door spearetes it from the bedroom which door does not fully close, so there is not enough privaci or a way to ventilate

Location is excellent, at the corner of the main avenue where you'll find the most wanted brands and also the biggest Primark store and Lefties only 10 min walk. Royal Palace is only 9 min walk too The staff is super helpful and polite, but also attentive. My flight was an early morning one still they made sure I had something for breakfast even tho it wasn't complete. Cleaness is top notch and definitelly deserves an extra star for this Hotel. The complimentary water bottles in the room when you arrive is a warm way to start your trip.

There's only one lift wich is a minor, so eventually you might take the stairs if you can't you're stuck with the lift, so avoid the busiest times. So remember to ask for an accessible room if you need and extra towels because the shower heads might wet the floor.

The staff at the front counter(male) sorry I can’t remember his name, he was so nice and helpful, the staff at the breakfast room so helpful.

Overpriced hotel and since we arrived 3 hours before checking in they charged us 35 Euros extra per room?
