Close to the sea and lovely resort with beautiful shared terrace looking over the sea and resort. Rosa ( manager) very friendly and easy to contact with quick replies. Close to all amenities including bus station to airport and other resorts. It’s our second stay in that accommodation. Good value for staying in Peurto Morgan. Recommended!

Draw back ( for this stay) was a couple on our floor in room 6 who weren’t keen on sharing the kitchen & fridge. A couple of nights we couldn’t use the terrace because they used all the tables and chairs entertaining their friends! I think they stayed long term. I suppose we were just unlucky!

The vie2w from roof top and the sunloungers the room was basic though adequate had ensuite shower excellent also like the kitchen and eating area that was seperate very clean and stocked perfect

The hike up the hill i had mobility issues though if fit worth it just for roof garden another 3 sets of steep stairs.

Puerto Morgan is a very popular resort and this accommodation is perfect for staying in the resort. It is 5 mins from beach and restaurants bars, shops, spa supermarket. The roof top terrace has great views over the beach and sea and is excellent for sunbathing. The beds are very comfortable for a good nights sleep. There’s a well equipped kitchen and hot showers. No problem with any noise whilst we were there. I received very quick helpful response to any questions I asked. WiFi in common areas only. The staff were always helpful and friendly. It’s excellent value for facilities and I would recommend it and will definitely return soon!

The hill position of the pension may be difficult to access for those with disabilities. But there was nothing else.

Great value for money. Rosa lovely and friendly. Little rooftop terrace has stunning views. Room very basic but clean. Kitchen has huge fridge freezer and two gas rings for cooking on. Well equipped with plates cutlery pots etc. A very steep hill to get there so maybe not ideal for people with mobility restrictions but apart from that it's really central for beach, shops, harbour, and bus station .

Shower flooded every time so had to mop up each time it was used

Very Clean. In great location but up a small steep hill so not for everyone. Room great size for a single person. Rooftop views beautiful & very nice. Kitchen was clean but did not have an oven

One of the neighbours was shouting at his mother one night, although not the apartments fault it wasn't very nice especially when I told him to behave.

Very nice place with common kitchen and common toilets. Some rooms have own kitchen and/or toilet and shower. Great view from terrace.

Cleanliness in the kitchen is based on how considerate and clean all guests are, which varies. Also, quietness is based on how all guests behave. Luckily, almost all guests showed understanding for this.

My room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a fridge in the room. The roof terrace was wonderful with a great view. The communal kitchen was well equipped too. The location being so close to the beach and the restaurants is brilliant. All of the staff were very friendly.

The place help to have best part of holiday in Puerto de Mogan. Terrase with best view. Beach just in couple minutes and you live in old part of this ex-fisherman village. Next time we want to come here again.

The location was excellent, close to everything - beach shops. Communication with the host was really good and quick, they were very helpful and accomodating
