It was clean and tidy a choice of pools was good

The rooms are dark as built into the rocks. Little sun on the balcony but not the fault of the hotel. No aircon without paying alot extra. Had to pay a daily charge for the safe key when you normally only pay a deposit. Towels were dated as were some aspects of the room. Curtains were hanging off in the bedroom

Apartment was nice and cleaning staff were most helpful

Fix that broken elevator! No body told us about the facilities like the gym etc...

A large hotel style accommodation but we had a 2 bed apartment. Good size - two bathrooms, good sized veranda, decent views across town with distant sea view. cleaners on 5 days so changes of towels etc. We were elderly / middle aged so didn't use most facilities but there was plenty for kids and 3 pools. On site catering too. A few bars and restaurants close by. Super market close by. A very pleasant stay.

Minor points - fridge a bit small and cups very tiny, us Brits like a decent sized cuppa, - we had to buy mugs. This did not detract from our enjoyment.

Great apartment, loads of sun beds & 4 pools. Can’t find fault, would definitely stay again!

Bar didn’t seem to have staff working at times so brought wine down from room to drink in the bar area, no one seemed to mind & was a cheaper option!! 🤣

Excellent, clean , large apartments lovely staff and great for families.

All was good hard to work out lifts etc at the start but once you get the hang of it, it's grand. Maybe the pool bar could be open a bit longer and have a few more snacks.

Location in a quiet part of Gran Canaria, nice walking distance to the beach. Option to rent a room with aircon

Staying at the top floor apt means walking plenty of stairs or taking multiple lifts. Crowded and small pools

We loved the quality and style, the numerous and fabulous facilities, the CATS!!!! (I LOVE LOVE LOVE CATS!). We loved the area, the apartment was large with comfortable furniture and a very large balcony. I loved the birds visiting us on the balcony every morning. The view was stunning too.

We were in a noisy location surrounded by young families and over excited children. We are a family but we are all adults looking for a quieter stay. We would have preferred to have been by the quiet pool or near to it. As I have digestive issues we planned to cook at the apartment. We could have done with one bigger pan and some more utensils.

This is a really nice hotel-apartment complex with four pools. The organisation is good and the staff helpful. The complex gives opportunity for self catering or hotel food and there’s lots to do. It’s good value for money.

The place is very big and confusing to navigate. For example using the lifts is extremely confusing and we got lost quite a few times in the first days. It would be good if the lift floor numbers corresponded to the room numbers eg level 2 = rooms 600 and so on! Also would be good to have a painted marker/line on the floor to show residents how to find the reception from the floor they are staying at. This will make the place much easier to navigate. It would be nice to allow for use of safe box without having to pay a surcharge and similarly late check out too. It seems a bit petty to charge extra for these things to me.

Everything, we have stayed here many times. Find all the staff pleasant, courteous and helpful. Spotlessly clean inside appartment and around complex. Great team working here. Well done.

Shower not working on roof terrace.

Fab buffet breakfast, great animation team who run an awesome mini club and mini disco for the kids! The rooms have everything you need and the reception staff are so helpful, our second time here and the kids just want to keep coming back! Easy walk into town, the beach and the beautiful harbour.

There are a few feral cats roaming the outdoor areas (the hotel are aware and warn guests, and provide information that the whole town are trying hard to reduce the feral cat population). While some guests like the cats (and therefore encourage them with petting/food) we really don't like (wild) animals around our children and therefore felt a little uncomfortable around areas they are attracted to, like the pool bar, which was a shame. I was also frightened by one on our balcony one day too. I appreciate the hotel are doing what they can but perhaps bring more proactive at reminding guests who encourage them not to do so would help.
