Fabulous hotel. The room was great, the bed comfy and the breakfast superb. We were greeted by the lovely Juliette who was always smiling and gave great recommendations for sights and dinner.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The room was on the first floor, noise cancellation was non existent, we could hear anyone in the lobby and people moving their luggage all the time.

Julietta was the best receptionist ever. Super helpful and friendly and full of great recommendations

The rooms were a little small. It was a bit annoying that each day we had to make our own bed

Hotel receptionists very helpful and informative, plentiful breakfast with lots of choice, eggs cooked to order. Excellent location, lovely decor, comfortable beds.

The room had an odour which comes the drainage system. It is apparent on first entering the room but not noticeable after a while. It is not due to lack of hygiene but smell is rising from drains. The shower trap may not be working properly and May need replacing but from my own experience the problem can be difficult to overcome. I’m not sure if this is a common problem in the area. There are fragrance sticks in the room.

Great location, lovely clean hotel and great breakfast included. The room was small but had everything you needed including a spacious bathroom. Loved the touch of a welcome drink (although I didn’t end up having mine as I was working - sad times!). Staff were friendly and I got a great sleep.

Pillows were a bit soft for me. I was on the 1st floor and could hear other guests coming in/out of rooms and walking around upstairs. I’d like to stay again, but will be requesting a higher up room next time. I assume these are the more premium rooms.

Great location, only 10 to 15 minutes from all major sites and public transport links. Best of all the staff were wonderful, especially Maria and Julietta in reception and Yolanda who provided an excellent breakfast spread.

Our room (2 Junior Suite) was nice but a little impractical. The sinks in the bathroom were a ridiculous design with nowhere to put your toiletries without them getting soaked. Also access to one side of the bed (which was exceptionally comfortable) was very restricted.

The service from the staff was outstanding. Local knowledge and lots of helpful advice. Brilliant parking arrangements and superb breakfast. Perfect location.

The standard double rooms are a little dated. Generally very clean and fresh towels daily. The bathroom was large but the under sink cupboard could have been cleaner. Looks like time for a little freshen up perhaps but otherwise all good.

Phenomenal location! Very central. Walking distance to many restaurants and cathedrals. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pretty nice coffee machine in the downstairs lounge.

Was a little hard to find at first. Took us 3 loops around the block before we finally just parked in the parking structure and walked into we saw it. It was just around the corner from the parking structure, so it was a close walk.

Loved the breakfast room, it was small and quaint with the and possibility to sit outside. We liked the choice of breakfast available, a little of everything but carefully selected. The artworks around the hotel and in the room made it feel homelike. The location was excellent! The reception was very helpful and genuine. We felt welcome and the hotel has personality, not like generic chain hotels at all.

The shower was a bit peculiar but otherwise the bathroom was large and comfortable.
