The location is amazing, right in the historic centre of Palma, close to all good restaurants but at the same time in a quiet area. The photos reflect the reality. Unlike to other aparthotels, this one offers house slippers and bathrobes which I appreciated. Cleaning is done daily and water bottles are also offered daily.

The rooms don’t have balcony or clothes racks, so in case you go to the beach, there’s no place to leave wet towels and swimming suits to dry. The breakfast is rather poor and unimpressive, definitely not worth 18€ per person. The walls in the apartment could use some repainting.

Wonderful apartment - comfortable and quiet. Location is perfect - if you already know where to go :) But the main asset of Samaritana Suites is the staff - from reception desk through breakfast area to cleaning ladies - all absolutely professional and engaged. They have reminded me that when you work with people, it is all about people. Surely there are places with more diversified breakfast or more obvious location but honestly it did not matter since you would remember emotions and not another slice of ham.

Kind request - please re-consider the timing of WhatsApp messages which are sent before and after guest's stay. In my case they arrived around 2-3am, what was quite disturbing in particular on the night before my arrival. I woke up and thought that my flight has been cancelled, but it was "only" a warm welcome from Samaritana Suites.

Location is very nice and quiet, airco worked reasonably well, clean, reasonably well stocked kitchen, very nice aparthotel. Staff welcoming us was very friendly. Coffee, tea and water are replenished every day (many apart hotels don't do this and only give you one coffee capsule even if you stay for more than a week...) and same with dishwasher tablets - this was much appreciated and made our stay very nice.

Best of both worlds - the freedom of self-catering and all the facilities and service of the hotel, including as much or as little daily cleaning as you wish. Ideal location for exploring the centre of Palma. Great welcome and advice from Slava. A good feature is being able to message reception via WhatsApp. They will reply very quickly. And the sunny roof terrace with sublime views!

Nothing major - a hook to hang the kitchen drying cloth would be handy, as would a note on how to operate the induction hob (a particulaly obtuse design). Worth noting that the suite we stayed in, a studio on the fourth floor, may seem a little dark in the daytime, but is much brighter if you open all the windows fully.

We loved our stay! We loved our apartment, it was split level. It had great space, lovely fittings and furniture, home away from home with luxury. Lift access to all floors. Also hidden find, the communal terrace on the top floor! We ate breakfast up there, stunning views of the city and the cathedral. Check it out. If you need any services, the sister hotel is just a couple or doors up and they are happy to arrange taxis and give any advice. It’s location was great for everything in Palma, easy access to the square and the main walk (within 5 minutes), 15 mins to the harbour and 10 mins to the cathedral. We enjoy walking thou the back roads and alleys exploring. Just stunning architecture! All within minutes; For breakfast pastries go to, Fika Farina Morning coffee, Arabay (just opposite Fika) Lots of nice restaurants near by if you don’t want to walk far. Would happily return.

Nothing, loved it all

Property was clean and spacious. Staff kind, friendly, and professional.

Parking was not available to us like advertised due to their parking spaces being filled. We were referred a nearby parking garage costing us a ridiculous 100 euros a day for our rental. Ended up just returning our rental prematurely.

Extremely comfortable, huge apartment tucked away in a side street in the slightly quieter side of Palma. The beds were so comfortable, a wonderfully spacious shower / bathroom and so quiet which is perfect for us! The decor was bright and welcoming, the staff were on hand to attend to our needs. Breakfast was served in the hotel a couple of doors down and it was lovely having the quietness of an apartment but joining the hotel for breakfast. The food at the hotel was delicious with impeccable service! Theres also a really cute terrace with fantastic views across Palma. It's probably one of the best apartments we have stayed in in Palma.

It's a little tricky to find if you're driving yourself, but the staff were on hand to direct us in and made parking our car so easy. Some might not like the location as its in a more bohemian side of town but this is our favourite place to wander so many interesting shops, cafes, bars etc.

Fantastic location, on a generally quiet street. Modern, well equipped and spacious apartments with everything you need. Daily cleaning is great. Enjoyed the roof terrace and the rooftop pool and private spa in the hotel next door.

Some noise from neighbours during the weekend, but double glazed windows block most of the noise.

Samaritana suites was a great place to stay. The staff were really helpful during the stay and before we arrived they arranged a travel cot and high chair for our apartment. The apartment was a nice size and the small balcony was lovely to sit out on. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet and the shower was good. It was great to be able to access the rooftop terrace and the small pool to cool off. It was easy to get to the beach, the main sights and to bars and restaurants from the apartment.
