Perfect location, many interesting restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Rooms are quirky and comfortable, offering lots of space and at a very fair price point. Nice linen and cleaned daily. The azotea is a big bonus with views over the neighbourhood roofscape- a pleasant spot for a chilled cava!

Steep stairways and limited headroom in places- definitely not for those with mobility issues. The shower cubicle in our room (no 3) leaked quite badly, and we felt the small bathroom let the rest of the apartment down a little- this would be an easy fix. This was our 3rd stay- no breakfast this time as not included in the room rate. This is a shame as it is simple, inexpensive and hospitable to include breakfast- and of course a great way to showcase what the Canavall is all about in terms of friendliness and a warm welcome.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, which made it really easy to explore Palma. This was my first trip as a solo female traveller, and I felt so comfortable and at home here. The staff were really helpful, ordering my taxi to the airport and storing my luggage after check out until my later flight. The hotel itself is a beautiful old building full of character, retaining quirky original features with super stylish decor and a very comfortable bed! I stayed in room 7, which was spacious and bright. Also, the added bonus of a small roof terrace to enjoy some sun and ice cream! I will definitely stay again when I next visit Palma. Spacious suite, good breakfast selection and a perfect location in old Palma. Private and quiet with many good bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Clean and comfortable accommodation at a fair price point. We particularly enjoyed indulging in a bottle of cava on the roof terrace in the late afternoon sun... happy days!

We had a very nice stay! The location was absolutely perfect - amazingly close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures, with spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, and when we requested an additional one, we were given the same type. Given the price range, I would expect more pillow options. Additionally, there was an issue with the cold water supply. You had to leave the tap open for a couple of minutes each time for cold water to come through, as it would be extremely hot otherwise. I'm not sure if this is a general issue in Palma, but it was a bit inconvenient having to wait for the cold water each time. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent - while the towels were changed and the bed was made when the sign was up, the floors and surfaces weren’t cleaned at all during the whole stay.

I liked everything! Great stay! Room was ready already at 13:00 when I arrived, I got immediately help with my trolley to be carried up to the room. All staff was always very nice. The hotel has a fantastic location. Totally in the center, but in a quiet little road. I loved the breakfast! A huge variety and nicely arranged ( even fresh figs) . Relaxing music at the breakfast . I was really sorry to leave after two nights! Hope to come again. ( and yes, the stairs are steep, but previous generation managed 😉, so do not complain, if you cannot enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of an old town house than book a standard uninspired hotel)

The room was a lovely size, stunning big windows that let in lots of light and ideal location for exploring the old town of Palma. Loved the roof terrace and we sat there with a glass of wine before going out in the evening.

The noise from refuse collectors, street cleaners and our room was situated above the front door which you heard ring every time someone entered or exited. Breakfast was ok I read some reviews before booking that said it was excellent? Certainly enough choice but no hot opinions that I could see on display.

We only had breakfast for the first morning and it was ok. Selection is limited but you can find all the basics you need to be ready for the day. Apartment nr 3 was spacious, clean and had all the necessary supplies for a good stay. The sunroof is great space to hang out, enjoy the sun and see over the roofs of the old city center. Apartment location is perfect as it is located at the center of the old Palma city. We walked everywhere and there is large selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops nearby.

Apartment nr 3 is made of several levels so you need to be able to walk stairs inside the apartment moving from kitchen to living room to bathroom and bedroom + stairs up to the sunroof. No dishwasher or laundry machine in the apartment. The cleaning staff did do our dishes everyday so that was help!

Loved the studio apartment. The location was fantastic and only short walking distance to many great shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and beautiful and we loved having a kitchen.

Keeping some full size condiments and cooking amenities in the apartment would be helpful as it’s not likely to be used in full for a short visit (olive oil, salt, pepper). We used the small invidiual portions on the first day :) Otherwise it was a perfect stay

Stayed in Double Dulux room which was spacious with a very comfy king sized bed & large bathroom. Having a kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge was great. Nice toiletries provided, along with hairdryer. The continental breakfast was superb! So fresh with excellent choice & quality products. Lacked nothing. Lovely cozy sofa/reading room. An old historic building which gave the place an authentic quirky feel which we loved. Beautiful brickwork, tiles & beams.

Due to the nature of the building it had very steep stairs up to the rooms which were difficult to climb especially as our legs got weary from all the walking. Nothing else negative to say.

The hotel is in a great center location, super close to La Rambla and all bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean The breakfast had high quality products and we really liked it.

My impression of the hotel was ruined by the lady that was hosting the breakfast on the weekend. I felt super uncomfortable, she was staring and counting how many pieces of cheese I take, how many pastry I took, standing just behind my back with an angry face. I think she didn't like the fact that I have poured the whole glass of juice in the first day, because on the second day she wanted to pour it herself and I got 1/3 of glass 😂. She also didn't inform us that we could get some freshly boiled eggs. Also the room has no ventilation and all the smells from the toilet must go to the room and after the shower, the whole room is very humid and there is water on the windows.
