An excellent breakfast with good variety. Staff always friendly and helpful Large room with spacious en-suite shower room. Lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Very useful fridge in the room. Coffee machine but no kettle. We asked at reception and were quickly provided with one A quiet location but a reasonable distance from Palma centre, however this was not a concern for us. Took approx 35 minutes to walk along the front however frequent buses if preferred option

The hotel restaurant and bar are currently closed. It would have been a bonus if the bar/cafe had been available although not a huge issue as places locally to the hotel.

Location is perfect for what we wanted; 20 min bus into the city of Palma, but walking distance to a modern shopping centre, small supermarket and restaurants/fast food chains and not to mention a 20 min walk away from the castle with stunning views. The hotel is on a slight hill so there are a few sets of steps but this didn’t bother us in the slightest. Plus the number 47 bus into Palma is on the doorstep and the buses are frequent so the steps can be avoided if not planning on walking anywhere. The hotel itself was clean with spacious rooms, plenty of plug sockets, a mini fridge, AC, full length mirror, big wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a safe. The pool area is fairly small but was lovely and gets the sun for the whole day and not busy at all, although this may be because our visit was not in the peak of summer.

Aside from the mini fridge, there are no other kitchen facilities within the hotel room. It would’ve been perfect if there was a kettle and coffee/tea making supplies for a morning coffee on the balcony! But aside from that, there is nothing I didn’t like, I would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

The location was really good. Close to city center few minutes drive with moto. Breakfast was above my expectations, good variety of food and really kind and professional personnel. Clean Rooms Swiming pool was OK. People working there were really professional and kind. Everyone from cleaning lady, reception, people at breakfast, janitors...

Room was ok, but we had some problems. The air condition was not really cooling the from, not working OK. In bathroom sink was not properly glued and was wobbly. Beds (at least for me were not the best). The rooms were clean. Fitness doesn't open before 9 am. There is no bar at the hotel or anything to entertain guests, which is a shame as they have a nice garden.

The staff is super friendly and always helped us to book taxis into the city (you can ask them to order one in the lobby). They have a pool that you can sit by all day, they give you necessities like toothbrushes/spoons/ forks and towels for the pool, to our surprise an AC was in our room (we didn’t expect it or overread that in the description, so our joy as soon as we saw it was even bigger), our breakfast (a buffet with a lot of variety between ham and eggs, fruits and a lot more! you definitely will find something you like here) and they also have automats with snacks and drinks in the lobby for the little cravings we all get sometimes which you can pay with your card.

For me its not that big of a deal. On the last 3 days we put up the sign to clean the room. We wanted to have fresh sheets because we were at the beach almost every day. They somehow didnt see the sign even though we put it up every morning for the last 3 days we stayed here as we left our room. So everytime we came back to our room the beds were made, but we had the same sheets we were sleeping in the last couple of days. This was just a bit confusing because we put up the sign and they didnt change the sheets. To be fair you can avoid the sand in your bed by just washing off your feet or whatever before you go back to bed.

The hotel had a swimming pool comfy beds n marble floors the breakfast was continental too thin slices of meat which was different to what we used to . The room had great view of the bay n ships to open to every morning. But overall had a great experience friendly staff in restaurants, the food was amazing. Plus it made us so special as was our honeymoon I will never forget. We even saw the dolphin show at the marina.

Our room had a leaky Aircon n had to move rooms after two nights disturbed sleep as that weather was so hot was the only time to catch shuteye we had to get taxi everywhere as no where was near to where we stopped. I'm afraid to say if we went there again would have to be nearer to Palma nova or the cathedral. Or a beach too .

Very nice pool area, quiet great for relaxing. The rooms felt spacious. Location is in a quiet area, the walk to town isn't far and there's a bus stop and taxi rank just outside. We got a really good deal on the room (booked 5 months in advance)... I would not want to have paid more than we did, though (~€150 per night in Sept).

The hotel shows some signs of wear. Our bathroom sink didn't drain well, mattress somewhat spring-y and the pool chairs quite old. Our biggest issue was that we were woken up at 7:30 every weekday morning by the cleaning staff, because our room was next to a storage closet. Not ideal but can be avoided.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and spacious including a big bathroom. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast service small and cost but still was good, a decent selection considering the size. They even had gluten free bread upon request!

The hotel only offered breakfast as their cafeteria for lunch and dinner was closed for some reason, not necessarily a problem but would have been nice to have the option to be able to get food in the hotel. The location of the hotel was not exactly convenient, even though there are good bus routes from palma, you need to walk up a big hill or long set of stairs to reach the hotel. It was not impossible by any means, but more difficult when initially arriving with suitcases on the first day, and also would be difficult to access for someone with mobility issues. Finally the only problem that I had with the room was that I did find some ants in the room and a couple of silverfish throughout the stay.

- The staff was nice - they lent us kitchen bowls and spoons nicely - The location is not that bad and calm - The swimming pool is cool. We came in March and it was open! (we enjoyed the cold baths) - We felt safe. We asked to go to the pool, they told us we couldn't because no one would be able to help us if there was an accident at this time. - We got two keys, one per person - The bed was nice, and the fridge was a great plus for our drinks/milk, etc.

- The shower was terrible - we could not shower without putting water outside. Hopefully, they cleaned the room every day. - Suggestion: install a pull-up bar in the fitness area, there were mostly cardio tools (bike 3-4, running mat 1-3) and some weights

Room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was also big with a bath tub and bidet. We had a nice view on the pool area from the balcony. The breakfast was better than expected with a decent variety of food. Location was very good in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from the marina promenade, a 12 minutes walk from a new shopping mall (perfect for larger groceries) and right next to the hotel was a bus stop with a bus taking you to Palma's city centre approximately every 20 minutes.

The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast. The room didn't have a kettle or coffee machine but at least there was a vending machine with some snacks and drinks and a coffee machine in the reception hall.

Very simple and clean hotel. The room was also excellent except we could hear some noises very late because our room was very close to the reception. We loved the bus accessibility right behind the hotel and on time always. It felt good to spend little on transportation 2 € a ride. The city center is not far off and there is a beach 30 min from the hotel, you could literally walk there.

If you put Valparaiso in the map you get a bus that will leave you in front of the hotel but if you just search on google maps it will show you a stop where you need to walk 6 min and that road was pretty much inaccessible that we walked on the motorway which was scary but it was quiet so manageable 😅 then after that you have to walk uphill and some stairs to which we enjoyed as we counted it as exercising.
