The big hotel with all necessities: swimming pool, restaurant, cocktail bar, bicycles. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING 🤩 View is AMAZING as well. Location is convenient: 20 minutes by bus to the downtown and 15 minutes to the nice beach in Cala Major.

There were dirty sunbeds on my balcony which I could not use. The wardrobe in the room needs to be replaced as it’s too old. No tea bags in the room.

Right where do I start :) Long story short my daughter fell off a balcony the other side of the island and we got transferred to this hotel, buy love holiday to be closer to the hospital that my daughter was on life support... We where so happy with the the hotle amd the staff they work endlessly to Be helpful and treat us all with respect. There was one 1 member of staff i want to highlight.. ALBERTO!! IN RECEPTION!! This man hands down was my rock for myslef going through this terrifying time, and i can not prays him enough, nothing was to much for him, was always helpful, far and beyond his roll.. He always asked how i was and how my daughter was, which seems very little but for me ment alot... This man is totally wasted on reception, and as a work In the same sort of industry, and my family over here in the uk own business, i definitely wouldnt have him in reception... Hes a massive part of your hotel, and how its run and i hope you can see this, and Alberto needs to be more than a receptionist and hope you as a company can see how good this man really is, and consider promoting this man because these days you honestly can not get staff like this man.. Very rare indeed... He is a gentleman! Many thanks damien

Very clean and tidy, both our room, the hotel and the pool/bar areas, good lay out near the pool with plenty of seating/sun-beds, and also plenty seating for the bar/restaurant area which is across the pool. Breakfast had a decent selection of food, fruit, pastries etc and the day/evening time bar/restaurant had great meal/cocktail choices, very good money worth for the week we stopped here, car hire was needed for visiting further places and nice beaches but in walking distance to palmar harbour near the strip of bars, restaurants and gift shops.

The best thing about this hotel was the outside space. Really fantastic with lots of comfortable seating and a great view over the harbour. Also a lovely large pool ! The cafe/bar also very good and open from early til late. The room was also very nice with great air-con and lovely shower. Staff also friendly and helpful.

I like everything about this hotel. I’ve seen lots of reviews mentioning the negative aspect of the location - ie. the hotel is set very high up and therefore the return to the hotel involves ALOT of steps and/or an uphill slog. There is no denying that that is the case and those with mobility issues would definitely have a problem. But for those with moderate fitness it’s not a big problem. Also an opportunity for abit of cardio after all the cake and coffee ! Also worth pointing out that without this slight disadvantage you wouldn’t have the fantastic views from the outside area so this is a very acceptable trade off !

They have a nice pool and are not far away from the city center. A bus leaves directly from outside the hotel, and there is a taxi stand too. A trip to the city center is 2€ via Bus or around 8€ via taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and there were no weird smells. Air condition worked well.

It's a budget hotel after all. Don't expect that extra touch. The shower could have been a bit bigger, the elevator too. Nevertheless everything worked, was clean and did its job. It's located on a hill, so when you go back from the city centre by bus it's a bit of a walk uphill. The breakfast buffet could have been a bit nicer for the price of 15€. My mom stayed in a 4 Star hotel and the breakfast was much higher quality for 14,50€.

This hotel has been a part of my life for 20 years as it’s where I meet three lovely friends (I moved to a different city from them and now a different country!) What I love about this hotel is its location looking down on the city, the beautiful outdoor pool area, but most of all the people working there who are always kind and helpful. The rooms are not the most fancy, remember this is three star, but they are comfortable and have everything you need and it’s peaceful, being out from the city centre. The breakfast is great with a selection of fruit and yoghurts, eggs and bacon, tapas and lovely breads and pastries. I will no doubt be back.

What we appreciated the most was going back to our room and always welcomed with spotless clean and organized bed/toillet everyday after a long day in the beach or exploring Mallorca! Plus chilling in the terrace with spectacular view! The staffs were all accommodating. 15€ for breakfast buffet was worth the penny! Lot of food choices waiting to savor. The bus stop if your coming from old town is just in front of the Hotel. Restaurants and Supermarket were just 3-5 Min. away. It was a nice choice of stay!

The staff was very informative and helpful. We especially liked Jesse at the reception, he was very helpful. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We ordered a taxi for early morning (at 4 am) but he didn't turn up. Staff at the reception said they didn't have the taxi driver's phone number to call, which was unpleasant. I think they should be able to communicate with taxi drivers in case they are late. We could have been late for our event on that day.

We liked it there, the breakfast was plenty and tasty, the pool area is also nice and the terrace overlooks the harbour. It's some walk upstairs to get there from the bus stop but taxis are easy to get called in by the helpful reception.

We booked two rooms, they were in different parts of the building and our room was older and worse than the other. In our room the ac was rustic and bit loud, very blurred view through the window. Other room was fine and had a balcony. Also the restaurant in the daytime had very poor options.

There was a 2 swimming pools and a nice view on the sea. The stay was not expensive in regard of quality price. The location is ok and it is not too far from the city center and it is well connected

17 euros to be paid extra as a city tax. The hotel is a huge block that is not very charming. The room had a view on the sea but the terrasse was small
