Rooms need soundproofing Hot tub isn’t hot so should be renamed ‘cold plunge pool’ for the sauna perhaps. Same with the ‘swimming pool’ it’s way too small to swim in for an adult - should be renamed ‘dip pool’ which is more fitting. Curtains didn’t fit the windows properly and had a few holes so lots of light entering the room - this could be better Glass partitions between the balconies don’t offer much privacy. Small tweaks and will be outstanding

Our room was on the 5th floor, overlooking the pool area, the marina and part of the port, with a nice balcony at the front and another balcony area across the hall at the rear. It had a clean bathroom with excellent shower. The bed was comfortable and there was also a small fridge. A huge mention must go to all the staff, who were amazing and the chef produced some superb food for our evening meals. The breakfast had something for everyone, including cooked items, fresh warm baguettes with ham and cheese, fresh fruits, cereals, fruit juices, coffee and lots more. There is music played throughout the hotel, which gives a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is located slightly away from the main town, but is only a 7 Euro taxi ride away, although you could walk there alongside the marina and pop into the bars for a drink along the way. The pool area has a nice split level terraced area with plenty of seating and I must mention the yellow duck in the pool. Overall, this is a lovely hotel to stay at and if we return to Mallorca in the future, then we shall be staying at the Hotel Feliz. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so memorable.

The staff was super welcoming, the room nice and . The rooms were spacious, lightly and spotless. Fake grass on the small balcony a detail that I really like. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a nice variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We loved the Happy hour (until 8 pm), this hotel was definetely the better choice we could make it. As it was middle of March we could not enjoy the swimming pool (it was open and accessible anyway) but we guess it is a nig plus in the summertime. We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Feliz :)

Probably the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in! Staff were all excellent, especially Sofia on the front desk. Greeted with glasses of Cava and smiles all round. Room had a very comfortable bed, adequate storage and a very good shower. Hotel had a great vibe with good music all the time. Breakfast gave a good choice on offer, regularly topped up from the kitchen with indoor and outdoor tables available. Mostly it was the staff that made our stay so enjoyable tho'.

The juices on offer in the morning were watery and of poor quality, although you could cut and squeeze your own oranges.

Lovely hotel, about 10-15 min by taxi to centre. Usually we stayed in different part of Palma, but taxis 5-6€ which makes it easy. Great breakfast, good selection and you have a choice of sitting outside or inside. Really nice restaurant 3-5 min away called Brutus, this is just personal recommendation, they brilliant. We had a sea view rooms and they both were great.

I think I was charged city tax at the hotel, When I paid it all when booking the room, when I tried to explain that all taxes and charges included in the price I paid, lady gone in to details where city tax go and what for. I thought it’s not much and did not argue this. Otherwise this should not affect any holiday

Very nice hotel, not big one what was a PLUS for us. We got a room with a terrace what was not planned and was a nice surprise for us. Very good breakfast. The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day. The room rather small, but there was enough space. Very comfortable bathroom. All people employed in the hotel were always very professional and extremely kind. You can feel like at home there. Beautiful music accompanies you during breakfast and an evening drink. The hotel is situated not close to the centre but with very good connection by bus (bus stop close to the hotel). You can pay (2 EUR) for the bus by entering from the driver's side.

All was perfect. The only thing is that there is no place to put the suitcases - you have to put them on the floor

The very kind and helpful the staff, the situation of the hotel which was much better than I thought when I arrived, the great breakfast, the very laid back atmosphere. I had a very big room with a balcony on the first floor, the sea view only hindered by trees on the place opposite the hotel :-).

The Hotel cannot do much here: To find a parking for my rental car was a challenge. There is a parking just opposite the hotel, but this, one must say, costs 26,- Euro per day. Not very suitable for SUVs ...

We got in so late and was starving they gave us a snack to keep us, the pool and view was great, the location was perfect. We got upgraded to a suite in their sister hotel

On arrival we saw a bug in the room at hotel Felix . The staff proceeded to spray while we were still present and didn’t change the room . While the suite was really nice the pool over there was not great and I couldn’t swim anymore during my trip

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better—close to fantastic restaurants and just a short bus ride on the 10 to the Cathedral City Center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning ocean view that we couldn't get enough of. We also loved the rooftop swimming pool, where you can sunbathe, sip on a cocktail, and truly relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to return for another visit!

The hotel was fabulous, very friendly and helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic, no one could complain about the choice or freshness. Special shout out to Terase who was very helpful and always had a genuine smile . We would definitely recommend this hotel and already planning to return, 10/10 , the location is good, on the number 4 bus route, one way into Palma , the other direction is to the beach, . All for €2 per journey.
