All the stuff is very friendly, helpful, always avilable. It's clean, very bell organisé, had big rooms, a terrace, a café... This hostel is really one of the best I stayed in. Thank you!

It's a bit far from the center, but a nice walk along the boats harbour. Mid-October 2024 the road along the harbour is being renovated, so quite uncomfortable to cross and also a lot of construction noice. But I guess they will finish soon. The bunk-beds in the rooms are a bit shaky, so if the person upstairs is moving a lot, it might wave you up, like it did to me. The boxes for keeping personal things are built-in under the beds and they make some noice too when people open and close them. But it's all are just a hostel things. If you're a light sleeper, like me you probable shouldn't sleep in the hostels 😅 Neither you should, if you snore hard! Anyways, this hostel is still one of the best I stayed in!

First, it was at a walking distance from the City Center (45mn). There were facilities for cooking but found a nice restaurant just opposite the Albergue. The staff - a few from Argentina - very nice and helpful! They recommanded me a few places to visit outside Palma. I also appreciated the light in the corridor when getting up during the night!!

Not enough privacy in the showers! I would have like hooks in the shower for not having to undress in the common room!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Perfectly managed to be able to have a good night sleep in quiet atmosphere and also clean rooms. I loved that the beds had curtains for privacy. The location is also great, near the center and many restaurants, with a bus stop right in front of the hostel. There's also a supermarket nearby

The air conditioner was controlled from the reception, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms would get freezing cold, and we had to go down to ask them to turn it off for our room. Also, the showers had a button that needed to be pressed repeatedly for water, which was quite inconvenient. Regular handles for the showers would be much better and less challenging.

The bed is really confy and we do not have a common light in the room, just at your bed zone, it is nice because we get less disturbed by it during the night.

Nowadays, we do not even have towels nor a shower gel in albergues or hostels. We keep paying as we did before but with less services. We now put on and off the bed sheets as well and, of course, we rarely see post COVID time, included breakfast. Is just an observation because hostels were supposed to be a cheap place for solo or young travellers, who cannot afford expensive hotels or Airbnb.

Most importantly were the staff, everyone from the team I've seen were at the top! The gentleman who did my check in, assisted me with every questions or requests I had. The ladies at the bar serving drinks, super friendly. The lady in the morning who recommended me breakfast options and I'm now craving the pain au chocolat they bake there :) And let's not forget the little doggo who always comes to say hi ! The atmosphere was nicely balanced, nice guests to connect with, not noisy during sleeping time, everyone was friendly and responsible :)

The Hostel is well connected by bus as the Gomila bus stop is just 50 metres away. They allowed me a late check-in and place is very alive and buzzing even at midnight. The best part about the hostel is that there is a balcony for drying clothes, which is quite welcome! There is a nice restaurant downstairs and the staff members are very helpful. They called a local taxi for my early morning checkout and are very prompt while answering questions too. The hostel is a pretty affordable option in Palma, and I would 100% come back to stay here if I visit again.

My room was pretty quiet, but if you leave the window open (necessary for fresh air for at least an hour a day), the restaurant nearby can be a bit loud. The open kitchen is well-stocked too, though a bit crowded during peak time, and I observed that guests like to cook full meals usually, thereby occupying the two microwaves for long. A stove would fix this issue to a large extent. The showers (gender-specific) also have translucent glass doors and don't have locks, which I felt was a bit intrusive to my privacy while bathing, but that might just be a cultural difference.

The property was in a fantastic location for the price I paid, and the facilities were fantastic modern and clean.

There was a gap in the shelf beside my bed that was too small to fit a hand into, but easily large enough to accommodate a phone. Should a phone or a passport be dropped down it, the entire bunk bed would have to be disassembled to retrieve it, and I’m not sure whether such measures would be taken. I would advise the property managers to fill all such gaps. The 5 euro room key deposit was also a little surprising, as I couldn’t find it mentioned in the reservation email.

Long time ago I stay in hotels, this time was for personal reasons decided to be as backpackers and didn't expect it could be that nice, it's very nice place to stay, cozy and comfy, incredible amazing staff helping with everything you ask, cleaning in the room was undoubtedly. The location was also nice in very vital area. I have to say thank you all staff members and for sure my next visit to palma will be under you hospitality 💯 one of my most amazing caused travel experience

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice towels to hire for 2€. The room and bathroom are clean. It has a nice rooftop area. Good location, bus route directly outside to the centre of Palma.

The beds aren't very comfortable, the bunk squeaked with every little movement! I understand trying to save use, but aircon going on and off, never on when you really want it. One of the showers wouldn't hold on at all, and you have to constantly hold the button. The bathroom is exceedingly humid, very hot indeed, no window or airflow.

The hostel had a great atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers looking to meet new people. The common areas were lively and created a friendly vibe, making it easy to connect with other guests. The location was ideal – close to major bus routes and a short walk to many of Palma’s highlights, saving me both time and money.

The only downside was that the hostel could get a bit noisy at night, especially around the common areas. It didn’t bother me too much, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.
