Lovely property- beautiful style and very clean

For our stay the main attraction - the rooftop pool was closed which was a shame as we paid for this experience.

The general aesthetic of the properly is lovely and for us was perfectly located. A perfect distance and lovely walk to restaurants, the coast, the old town, et al. The staff were brilliant! Smiley, friendly and went above and beyond to make our (and our friends) trip a delight. The pool is such a selling point of this hotel. Right in the city centre and able to laze around and dip in and out of the pool was a joy. Finally the breakfast was perfect. One of the best we have ever had at a hotel. We noticed a number of staff members observing and tweaking the layout of the breakfast on certain days which we thought really optimised the continuous improvement mentality.

The caveat to this is that we really did love our stay and would definitely use this hotel again. These are further options for improvement; - single beds pushed together moved with little pressure against them. - numerous guests each day waiting for beds at the pool. - the shower leaked out into the hallway and across into the toilet (room 101). - hotel security- anybody could walk in off the street and do one of many things; walk upstairs, go up the lift, get the poolside or into the spa, or order at the bar say a random room number and sign for drinks or food (this happened to us).

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind and cheerful and made us feel well taken care of. The hotel was quite big with lots of guests, but the room felt nice and quiet. It was very tidy and had everything we could need, including a massive 1.80m bed. The lobby bar serves coffee that's quite good and the breakfast is exceptional — there's, salmon, healthy seeds, and a wide variety of healthy and just-prepared food options, or even prosecco if that's what you're after. The spa was amazing — it was adults only, with a big pool and a jacuzzi that was also quite big, a sauna and a steam bath and a bunch of very comfortable beds (all included in the price of the rooms). Location-wise, the hotel is really easy to get to and is close to lots of nice places for food and coffee. The city centre is within walking distance which is quite nice and the airport bus stop is 5 minutes away. There were a few restaurants that were quite nice around the hotel, but we didn't try the one inside which also seemed quite interesting. The rooftop pool and sky bar also seemed quite cool although we were visiting in March so it was still cold and it was closed.

Our room was a bit on the small side — it was well optimized, but because of the big bed there wasn't a lot of space to move around. And to be honest, I prefer a big bed to more space to move around, but I guess it depends on the person. The other thing I noticed was the gym was OK-ish for a hotel gym but it could use a bit more equipment. There was an option to connect and listen to your own music on the speakers there (which seemed quite cool) but I couldn't get that to work when I followed the instructions.

Great location for the old town and main bus routes to the Beach and airport. Loved the relaxing indoor pool and spa as well as the rooftop pool and bar area. Very comfortable beds and lots of options for fresh breakfast items including made to order smoothies and eggs.

There were a few maintenance issues in our bedroom during our stay including the shower flooding. We reported the issues but they were not responded to until we checked out. Staff did not make us aware of all the hotel facilities when we checked in, and we only discovered the garden balcony area on our final day.

Spotlessly clean hotel with excellent facilities. Hotel room was huge. Mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on . Excellent power from the shower and plenty of hot water. Plenty of wardrobe space. Handy fridge which the first ‘round’ of drinks were free. Rooftop pool area was lovely but a bit chilly…it was November mind!!! The indoor pool area spotless, large double loungers for relaxing, and free use of pool, jacuzzi , steam room and sauna.Didn’t use any of the spa treatments so can’t comment.Fantastic choice of breakfast, with chefs making fresh omelettes and smoothies on request. Honey was divine…a large honeycomb to take as much as you wanted! Good choices in hotel bar.

Chairs in the bar/reception area were really comfortable…until you tried to get up. Really really low with no armrests. Strange artwork though..with the talking woman on the B&Q video …!!

Nice, modern and clean hotel, good food, good location

-Breakfast is the same every day, it would be nice to see something different. -Cleaning lady entered in our room without knocking at 9:25 am, we were shocked. -In the garage you have to wait for someone to open the ramp, sometimes it took few minutes and it is annoying (once that button didn't work, so you have to go to the recepction, while your car is in front of the ramp). -When we arrived there was bad smell from the sink, so the whole room smell bad. Since we arrived late we slept in smelly room first night, but in the morning they fixed the problem really fast (when we told them).

Reception most welcoming - important especially traveling alone. Breakfast excellent

More options for early supper

Very nice hotel, centrally located, walking distance from all the major things to see in Palma. Breakfast was super good and rich, with plenty of choices. Staff was very friendly. There is also the useful option of leaving your luggage with the reception after check-out. Loved also the SPA. Easy access to the hotel from the airport with A1 line ( 5euro/1 way, 8 euro with the return option), the bus station is very close to the hotel.

Really excellent hotel and honestly there is nothing I could find fault with. Staff were amazing from start to finish. Hotel design really nice and everything is high quality. Location great, few mins walk to everywhere you need. Spa was stunning. We booked this hotel as we wanted an indoor pool to use with our 4 year old and these are very hard to find in Palma. Unfortunately I found out at the last minute that the indoor pool is classed as the spa and this is for over 16 year olds only. But, the hotel were amazing and said we could use it between 9 and 10am, and also they were very relaxed as most days we ran over. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We have stopped in many palma hotels and this is by far the best.

Only minor disappointment, was the pool policy, which the hotel only made accessible for minors after some complaints by other guests. In the end we were allowed to use it as well with our toddlers either in the morning or at night. I think this is a good compromise and very typical at other hotels too. But kind of a downer that this only happened on our last day, would have been great to see that the hotels considers also families in this aspect a bit more.
