The room was very comfortable and had some lovely bonus touches like towels and bag to visit the sea. There was a hand fan and hat as wellto use. The sky bar was lovely, although open to the public and so very busy on a Fri and Sat night. Breakfast was really lovely on the roof terrace and included some delicous small treat, hot coked breakfast and pastries, fuirts and yoghurt.

While the sky bar was lovely, it was very noisy and as guests we couldn't get a table which was very disapointing. The breakfast only opened at 8am which was a late start, especially for those wanting to start the day earlier.

The best location for exploring Palma. Wonderful breakfast on roof deck overlooking marina and Le Seu cathedral. No matter the view from your room, the roof view is gorgeous any time of day. Rooms very small but sleek and comfortable.Staff friendly and helpful.

Bring ear plugs! The central stairway is open to the roof bar, on the third floor. The DJ music flows down the stairs so there are no quiet rooms in the main part of the hotel while the bar is open. The staff prevents non hotel guests from walking the stairs, thankfully. Was so much better to enjoy conversation over drinks without the DJ.

We liked the location, but our room was small and our view was of a wall basically. The breakfast at the Skybar was a real treat and delicious. We arrived on a Tuesday so were able to use the Skybar the first night without all the crowds. We put our name in for reservations for the second night, guests are supposed to get priority, but somehow they had lost the reservation and it was too crowded anyway. When we first arrived the third bed hadn't been set up and it took awhile for someone to show up. They were definitely understaffed. But the staff that was there were very accommodating and friendly.

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cuba Hotel. Wonderful breakfast on the rooftop.Beautiful view. Your staff were exceptional very friendly and nothing was to hard for them. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere it was very central.Our room was OK but next time I would upgrade to slightly bigger room.We found the bathroom rather tight and the door to it was really hard to manouver. Will definately return.

rooms small, bed small. this was badly represented on Booking.com. booked a deluxe room with sea views. however the hotel did refund a bit money we would have preferred a bigger room and paid full price. room tiny and not big enough for two people

the location, view , the rooftop and the restaurant/club. The breakfast on the rooftop. the staff were also amazing and very helpful. I would like to thank Lavinia and Paula for making my stay remarkable:)

Breakfast great with terrific staff. Location perfect, close to old city. Building lovely and bar downstairs great. Saturday night at the rooftop terrace bar was a zoo but noise did not carry to rooms. Vibrant and happening.

Fantastic service every day, cannot fault them! Excellent location and the hotel is so well maintained. The breakfast in the sky bar is so lovely, and the waiters there are great. Thanks to all at the Cuba foe a fantastic stay :)

Great location ! Bonus having the rooftop bar for a cocktail and enjoying breakfast in the morning . Best breakfast o have had in a long time lots of choice and tasty. Definitely would stay again .

Everything was great! Friendly and polite staff. Really good breakfast - fresh and tasty; I really liked the option for late breakfast; the roof top bar is beautiful in the morning. Comfortable room.
