Only 1 hotel that I have booked in 17 trips to Europe had as good a bed as hotel Pamplona plaza room 2. The shower was a nice size where you have room to move around while waiting to get the right temperature. The controls were simple (1 for temperature and 1 for amount of water). The air conditioner was superb it kept a nice temperature. The safe was good size. The staff Sylvia, Rebecca and the gentleman were all very helpful for sightseeing and knowledge of the very nice area that was close to train station.

I didn’t spend much time in the room so not an issue not many tv channels.

The hotel was very conveniently located a short walk from the ascensiors to the old city, and the staff were helpful and congenial; they were happy to tolerate our mediocre Spanish and had sufficient English to help clarify anything that was not clear to us. Our room was very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs, with a good shower, plenty of power points and air conditioning. The wi-fi was occasionally a little spotty but we managed to get done everything we needed on-line. We did not have breakfast, but it was available.

The room lighting was located directly above the pillows which meant that it was difficult to have a little light at night without being blinded by lights overhead.

I was in Pamplona for work - I picked the hotel based on it's proximity to the train station (I was coming from Barcelona via train) - and indeed the hotel is only 10 min walking distance which makes it very convenient. I was very thankful to the hotel staff for allowing me to check at out at 1 pm (although the official check out was at 11) at no extra cost. Because my train back to Barcelona was in the evening and I had a conference call to attend, the staff also allowed me to use their conference room for 3 hours whilst I waited for my train -where I could continue to work undisturbed - this was incredibly generous. If I ever go back to Pamplona for work, I will definitely be staying in this hotel again :)

I was a little disappointed by the breakfast offering. I had paid extra for breakfast and the only thing on offer was two different types of sandwich/toast with orange juice and coffee. It would have been great if they had something to offer for those who can't eat gluten or are on a low carb/keto diet - maybe a pot of yogurt or eggs as an alternative? :)

Shower was amazing,really piwerful.Room a good size.Parking booked in advance.Dog friendly. Superb breakfast..well worth the extra. Lady on reception when we arrived went out of her way to help my wife with hot water we desperately needed,and sorted the Tv out too..such a friendly, helpful person..( friday 5th evening- think her name was Adrienne?).

Parking was on the 3rd floor down..access to a slot was tight!! No kettle in the room and was unsure wether the complementary water had a charge( removing the bottle as a memento was 20e!).

Staff were excellent. Excellent.. Particularly one lady at reception, who volunteered very good recommendations. The parking is immediately under the hotel (with lift access) which is handy. There is public parking nearby while you check in,

Very little to dislike. There isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but as it's only an easy 10-15 minutes walk to the old centre, that's ok. The bike storage is several levels underground, with the cars. Not very handy for going out on your bike, but still ok. A small possible improvement would be to have a mini fridge in the room, to keep drinks cool.

It was only an overnight stay and I wanted to be close to the station but was a bit concerned about the area and the need to walk into town in the evening. In fact it was a very quiet area, a safe 10-15 minute walk to the old town and even a free funicular car to save walking up the hill. Very helpful staff, large modern room and a nice breakfast in the attached cafe. I can strongly recommend it as a short walk to the station with bags, the free parking and easy access would be very useful if travelling by car. Very good value.

No concerns

I reserved breakfast from booking.com. It was served in the local cafeteria ( same building and access from the hotel). It was not a buffet but I could select from a few options. The quality of the food was excellent. The service was good.

Hotel says that parking is free, but I was asked to pay. But I complained and did have to pay. Perhaps need to update the booking.com page or the lady in reception made a mistake.

Seeing the photos and presentation I was impressed. However once entered the room (standard double) I had kind of different feelings as room very small and dark with limited space in bathroom. On other  hand all functioning and all rooms, clean and nicely decorated. Cark park available next to the hotel. Some 15min walk from city centre.

Well to intensive ambient air which was not that pleasant once entering the hotel.

Location was good- 15 min walk to town centre, long enough to get some exercise in. The staff were very friendly ,attentive and helpful.Enjoyed a wonderful evening meal in their sister hotel in Pamplona town on one of the evenings. Secure parking underground- we had a roof box. The room was exceptionally clean and suitable for our needs.

Found it difficult to find initially but that just could have been us! The air conditioning was noisy.

Really modern up to date hotel. Breakfast was stunning, as we're the staff. All very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Very clean linen, comphy bed and very very good position for walking to old town pamplona.. Great directions from the desk team..

From a female point of view the bathroom was male oriented. Comb, and shoe polish freebees. Minimum of shelf space for cosmetics/or toothpaste etc. Bedroom lighting, seductive, and cosy... with massive office lamp in corner, beside long slim desk, meant as work station. Beside a 4 plug wall sockets for your laptop, iPhone, ipods etc... Also the use of the under ground parking... Really handy. Just quite steep slopes down to 3rd hotel parking floor. A bit nerve wrecking when the lights went Out... Particularly on a motorcycle.... (wuss!!!! that I am)
