The excellent communication with reception staff. All questions answered quickly before arrival and then clear instructions given on arrival in excellent english. The apartment was lovely. Great aircon which is not often the case. Great shower, nice kitchen. Comfortable seating. Large and spacious. Can’t fault it.

Nothing. A touch on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

Great apartment with lots of facilities washer, fridge tv and aircon. The chap that met us at reception was very helpful and we could park the car under ground & off the road. There was a big supermarket near the apartment also where we got a few essentials. If you don’t mind a 20 minutes stroll to the old town where there are lots of bars restaurants and able to watch life go bye. I would definitely stay again and recommend others too.

Location was great and very comfortable. Located in center of Pamplona, we've really appreciated wonderful support and kindness provided by the Lady as Desk Agent whom did the best to support us and with smile. Very very appreciated her great welcome . Perfect.

We stayed here after a very long drive with three kids, it was perfect for what we needed, a good hot shower, clean beds, and the general area. Felt good quality. It was set away from the actual hotel behind a square, but this was not a problem, parking outside the hotel was easy and we were able to leave excess luggage at the hotel so it was not left in the car.

We only stayed for one night but it was really comfortable. Easy to find and staff very friendly and helpful.

The parking it was also good. The house was clean. So I can not say much We really enjoyed staying there

Difficult to open and lock doors.

That our messages to the property via bookings .com were not responded to. That the contact info for the property as listed - phone no. and address for collecting keys is incorrect. As a result - we went to the wrong hotel - the Hotel Pamplona Catedral which is in the restricted access area of the old city. The instructions should state to collect the keys from the Pamplona Plaza Hotel. That we were put to a lot of unnecessary inconvenience for what should have been a simple straightforward checking-in process
