Excellent location, great staff, comfy rooms and plenty of parking space. Food was good, reasonable variety and proper spanish cuisine. Multiple restaurants and reasonable prices.

Coffee was not good. Needs improvement. For dinning and lunch, there was not water available for free: really bad practice (even if the prices were reasonable). Charge more other things, but put water.

Tea should be served for lunch

Close to beach, local facilities and a lovely central area with swimming pools, golf and food/bars . Also a good coffee bar. Good choice of food . Especially liked the dining room outdoor patio . Staff worked hard and were very helpful. We will definitely come back

Dining room was a bit cramped and noisy . Karaoke was too loud . An external disco called ‘Swing’ was dreadfully loud and noisy until 5.00am on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays . Bad news for young families and older people.

Lovely family friendly hotel, we travelled with a 5-month-old baby and were made to feel really welcome. Great pool facilities and location, close to the beach and convenient for restaurants/bars. Really good breakfast selection, and great variety at dinner too. We liked that there was a different theme for the food every night, as we stayed for 11 days this variety was important. Check in and check out were smooth.

As we were travelling with a young baby, we'd have liked the dinner service to start a little earlier.

Facilities were exceptional. Breakfasts were plentiful, varied and very good. The room was cleaned every day as was the balcony. Air conditioning was a definite positive.

The beds were just a bit "lumpy" and not the most comfortable we have experienced. The bar which serve food as well was not well organised at busy times. I wanted mainly cups of water and would often have to wait up to 30 minutes. I would suggest that the water dispensers are moved into the open cafe with cups so that guests can obtain a drink of water without having to wait in a queue. Sometimes only one person was serving in this area

We were Bed and Breakfast - good breakfast choices. Nice location. Decent Wifi. Room was a nice size. Interesting/good activities during the day - particular highlight was the drumming.

The reception is ridiculously slow - expect to wait for a LONG time, EVERY time. Because Check-in / Check-out is SO SLOW, it seems to clog everything up. Think of the DMV scene in Zootropolis. Not enough sunbeds - because people are so happy to claim them with a towel and not actually use them, it can be really hard to find one in the afternoons. Our room was near the tennis courts (which is under the VIP ? lounge) - you could hear the music etc. till 1AM on one of the nights. It didn't phase us but i imagine would be a significant issue for others.

5 min walk to Playa Dorada beach which is the nicest one in Playa Blanca area. There are some cafes and supermarkets around the hotel and everything is reachable on foot, however you need to have a car to explore the island. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, daily towel change and bed sheets were changed every 3 days. Although there weren’t many tourists yet, the hotel is organizing events in the evening and there were activities for kids. The restaurant Yaiza was ok, food was changed every day and there was a lot of choice of dishes. We liked the gym and would have liked to try the spa but it was closed due to covid restrictions. I definitely recommend staying at Lanzarote Princess!

Safe was on charge, as well as beach towels (1 euro per towel). Gym users were asked to wear the mask while training which is very unhealthy.

I loved the deluxe option and vip lounge. I loved the staff especially lolo from animación and Ben from public relations. I loved the food in the buffet, Italian and cactus bar just don't have the fish of the show cooking unless it's salmon or tuna cos the rest are cut small with alot of bones. I loved the services available. Sangria and paella demonstration was amazing and so funny.

The shows were abit boring. Missed seeing the animación team dancing. The deluxe salon closed at 10pm so after dinner we couldn't have a drink or play cards in the lounge and there was no space for us to do it in the piano bar or reception. Maybe they should close at 11 or put the bottle shelf with a glass cupboard and lock it or something if they are worried about people getting drunk. There are not enough time slots for the sakura restirante or Italian. The indoor or heated pool needs to be cleaned and there should be a no balls rule for that pool. Either I was getting hit in the head with a ball or a kid was splashing pee pee water in my mouth

Great location, close to the beach. A warm pool with a roof was a plus in April when it was still cold to swim in the open outside pools. Food was amazing and lots of healthy options, even freshly squeezed juices for breakfast! Food exceeded our expectations. Great evening shows.

Only there for one night at each end of a villa holiday but everything was efficient, the room was a good size, the staff were friendly and the food was good.

It’s a bit of a labyrinth. The second time our room was quite convenient for the stairs and lift but the first time it took us ages to find the room, then it seemed like a long trek up and down.
