In general , everything , The whole complex kept spotless , staff were very helpful . Food wise , couldn't complain , catered for all tastes ... Pool area lovely and bar , and evening bar , entertainment was enjoyable , the two nights we were there , a, magician one night and a song and dance show another , really enjoyed them ..

when we arrived waiting a few hours for our room to be ready .. And one thing I have to say is about the over eager staff to take your plate away at the dinner table , really eager , even when I hadn't finished , ..I had to have a few words with them to stop .wouldn't let that stop me going back though ... that's all folks

The hotel was very clean, we had everything we needed, food was great, plenty of choice.

Most of the Staff were very good,very helpful, the barmaid was the only one to let the side down, moody, not pleasent. She acted as if she didnt want to be there. The highlight was the girl that dressed up as a pineapple each night to look after and dance with the kids. She was class.

Safe for all.. kids loved it, great breakfast in particular, lunch good & great variety at dinner you can be as healthy or unhealthy as u like, great choice for all.. loved clean bungalows with towels daily…staff are super… Lovely new Dutch girl recently arrived on entertainment staff she is super & does over and beyond…

keycards keep failing on the doors even when I kept away from mobile very frustrating when you’re bungalow is a good walk from reception! my only gripe.

the actual bungalow / suite we had was clean, spacious and tidy.

Staff did not explain anything at check in - such as meal times, availability to book one of the restaurants, free bottle of water daily etc. Pool bar - frequent long queues for drinks Pool - ALL sunbeds "reserved" by 7am !!! so unable to be at main pool. Guests took it upon themselves to steal other peoples sunbeds from outside bungalows near the pools. (this happened twice to us) Restaurant was poor, Food quality and choice poor. also Insanely busy - with hardly anyone observing social distancing

pool was getting a little cold towards the end of our stay, it would be nice if they could heat it a little from November to June, quite easy to do with all that sun.

Best AI we have been too. Food top class and plenty of drinks, with no issues with queuing etc. Very good covid hygiene measures too.

Everything brilliant, been a few times here and it’s a lovely chilled place, all balcony’s get sun during day and there are 2 sun beds on your patio which you can pay a small amount for a nice comfy padded cover to make it more comfortable. I’d say it’s more for couples than children just because it’s a lovely quiet complex and the walk to the main beach may be a little difficult for little legs having sad that it’s only a 10 minute walk at most. It’s spotlessly clean and staff are friendly, there is a small library in reception that sells bottled water. Will be back for sure

very friendly and hard working staff hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was excellent

only slight downside was a comfortable bar facility, the hotel caters for families with children and they have the main theatre in the evening but for those that want a bit of peace away from that the “Spanish bar” whilst adequate isn’t the most comfortable of places to sit and relax

Staff were excellent & always busy doing anything required. Loved the fact that you had individual bungalows. Liked the location as could get easy access to places & could easily walk to the centre & all along the coastal walk

Couldn't believe how many children were there in school term time ! The animation team played the music far too loud

Breakfast was very good, omelette was top class. Bigger glasses for juice etc. location was excellent, shuttle bus very good

Wi-Fi not being available throughout the hotel, maybe more play options for older kids eg soccer, tennis etc
