Very friendly staff, nice and clean facilities with beautiful garden, lots of space inside.

Breakfast time could be longer than 10.30 (for long sleepers); it was hard to find sunbeds at the pool because everyone seemed to reserve their early with a towel, and often not even showing up or just shortly. Definitely needs more space for sunbathing and better policy around reserving sunbeds.

I love this place, second time here. I love the location and how the rooms have a beautiful view to the ocean and that there's a small secluded beach just nearby. It's spacious but not overly huge where you feel like you need a golf cart to go around. Sunday there was a pianist at the lobby it was very enjoyable. Loved my room, the view was amazing. The receptionist who checked me in was very courteous and professional.

The jakuzzi wasn't as warm as i remembered from last year, it was almost as cold as the normal swimming pools. It's a bummer that there was no daytime entertainment/program over Sunday and Monday. The bed mattress is a bit too hard but seems to be a trend on the island.

Everything was superb. It's an actual 4-star hotel, unlike the ones in Europe mainland. Staff was very polite and helpful, hotel itself had all the facilities, amenities and was very clean. Breakfast and dinner offered lots of options.

The AC works well, but it's slightly outdated so it was pretty loud and it wasn't possible to change the temperature. It didn't affect my sleep though, just an improvement they could consider in the future.

amazing views and a relaxed atmosphere

the sun loungers were terribly uncomfortable! the pool could be warmer. I also didn’t like the noise of the plumbing in room 1273 it was very noisy even hen other neighbours flushed.

Everything!! The staff were amazing! They made my birthday so special. Accomadating, polite and friendly! Especially the front desk staff. I left my mobile phone on arrival in a taxi and the reception staff were so fantastic, they went above and beyond to get it back! Planned excursions, reserved tables for dining, prosecco on arrival, room was available before check in time. The food was plentiful.for all dietry needs! Entertainment was "entertaining".. my birthday night especially, amazing group of guys from south africa, had all the guests on their feet! Great end to my birthday night!!! Will be visiting again very soon. Thank you so much for giving me one of the best birthdays ive had in a long time!

Location was good near the small 'natural' beach. A lovely walk into Playa Blanca.

Not the hotel's fault but it's definitely a favourite with the over 60's. Although my group wasn't young, we were noticeably older than the other guests.

This is a great standard 4* hotel. It is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Jose on reception who helped us with a room issue, a genuine guy, efficient and again very helpful. I would also mention Maitre ( probably not spelled correctly, she was also excellent). Food Standard is very high and as a tip I would use the pool snack bar during the day, it is not used as much as I think it should be but food quality and service are really good. Some reviewers mention the distance into the center of playa Blanca, this is a factor as it is fair walk , as a family we know the resort and were comfortable with the distance ( about 30min - 40min) alternatively get the 30a bus just up the hill around 1.30 Euro into town. Overall , great stay, will certainly return.

Minor attention to a few things. The steps into the pool are a little worn and some tiles could do with replacing. Pool towel exchange may be better timed for mid morning. There is a fantastic space in the hotel lobby with a bar area that is not used. This did not impact on our stay at all but I think the hotel should maybe consider opening this for the later winter months, just reduced hours in the evening, just a thought. I would stress, these are very minor points to what was a really good stay.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, the scenery is very relaxing providing everything you could possibly need to switch off and spend some time away from your usual routine. Most staff were very friendly, food is excellent with great choices and the quality of the entertainment in the evenings is really above and beyond. Welcome drinks on arrival, helping guests taking their luggage upstairs, complimentary orange juice and water in the room. Balcony is a great addition and for the very first time, our request for a quiet room was honoured and we were given a room with a seaview far away from the noise and entertainment - thank you.

Food could have been hotter at times.

The architecture of the hotel is stunning with marble floors and plants incorporated into the design. The two words that come to mind are serene and elegant. The adults only regulation is incredible for deep relaxation which was just what I needed. I had a 7 day stay with breakfast and dinner included. The choices are extensive and high quality including gluten free and vegan options. The hotel location is wonderful directly on the seafront and beside the coastal walking path. The large pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers. Pool towels are provided when you check in. My room was large with a balcony facing the sea and as the hotel is not located in the town of Playa Blanca you hear the waves all night long. Live entertainment every evening in the lobby bar. The spa building is beside the hotel and I booked a back massage. Fabulous week !

I liked every aspect of the hotel ! It is located 4 km.away from Playa Blanca and as I have been there before I did not feel the need to go to town. There is a local bus a 5 minute walk from the hotel that takes you to town for 1.50 euros if you do not have a car. There is a bicycle rental and a small supermarket across from the hotel. Only one or two restaurants within walking distance.
