Very beautiful resort, the location is just perfect and close to the sea/beach. The food was great. The room was very clean with daily room service for a refresher. Went in December and missed the crowds, the weather was perfect. Couldnt have asked for a better stay.

There’s a bit of a language barrier with the staff but cant blame them - its a Spanish island. The lower gate leading to the beach/promanade was closed so had to walk around the resort to get there - 10min at the most.

Food was good, lots of choice and fresh produce. staff were lovely. Very clean hotel. Although the hotel is huge it is well laid out so wasn't overwhelmed by the size.

The spa was not open or any of the Al a carte restaurants. Would have liked some money back for loss of facilities

Beatiful new hotel

This hotel has not good service yet, but has a great potencial. Spa and fitness is not working yet. Personal poorly speaking english.

Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are lovely and clean. Location excellent near Marina and town.

Breakfast was crazy at times. Not enough staff to clear tables. Dinner was better. Also very windy around pool area. It seems to have been designed like a big wind tunnel. They are trying to fix umbrellas to ground but even then you can’t put them up. They need some permanent shade structures.

This is a great hotel its designed and well run to be 4 star and deliver as a resort. It does what is does very very well. Easy parking, great staff, fantastic room, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in years. The location is perfect with sea, restaurants, bars, etc

The resort is like a massive ode to capitalist greed and mass tourism, as nice as it is I was not a fan.

The hotel is clean, modern and stylish. It is kept meticulously clean by the amazing housekeeping and grounds staff. The staff on the front desk and around the hotel are fantastic, making the check in and check out processes so smooth. We got a glass of bubbles on arrival and when we checked out because we had a late flight we were able to use a complimentary room to shower before we left. Honestly blown away by the service considering the price point of this hotel! The property is conveniently located between the marina and the main strip of restaurants, I’d say the marina area has nicer things on offer. There are beautiful coastal walks on both sides of the hotel making it an ideal location. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Lanzarote!

The food and drinks could have been better. The cocktails at the pool bar tasted watered down, however the cocktails at the bar near reception were a lot better. The breakfast buffet food was hit and miss, some was really nice but other bits not so much. In saying that there was a great variety of things to choose from making it great for lots of different people.

I read many of the comments (also negative) about the hotel and still decided to book it because it is a brand new hotel. We usually stay in 4 or 5 star hotels on our travels and are quite picky:). We loved this hotel, the place where it is stated (beautiful marina), the interior, the room (design + comfy beds), the lobby and also the staff. There were many comments about the food. Honestly, there was so much food including variety, everyone can find something for themselves. There are also many stations that freshly prepare food for you. You never needed to wait more than 5 min. The pools and the exterior is just amazing with amazing views. The lobby leaves you speechless. Pictures don’t compare to the reality. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with small and big children.

The spa is just available for adults. Sometimes it is to windy to stay in outdoor pool.

I want to address three things, first was the customer care either upon checking and check out. The staff was very nice with us. 2nd, the overall look design and architecture of the hotel are really nice and modern. 3rd, everything looked very well organized and maintained which made the stay very pleasant. We enjoyed the buffet both for breakfast and dinner. There was plenty of food and space for everyone even at peak times. If we ever come back to Lanzarote we will definitely consider staying in this hotel again.

Even though the cleaning lady was incredibly available and caring we noticed some corners in the bathroom balcony and toilet were not very well cleaned. I understand it's a new hotel - less than one year old - and they are still learning the ropes in some aspects, but I think this should be something to address. Additionally, and despite the food being great, there were no labels or the ones existing were scarce and not very informative. Last but not least, the mattresses were not very comfortable, which resulted in a bit of back pain. Nothing serious but we are used to firmer mattresses which are notoriously better for the back in general.

Beds and room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is beautifully designed and the grounds are lovely with the heated pool a bonus. The staff worked hard to keep everywhere very clean and tidy. The selection of food at both breakfast was nice and should meet most people's needs.

We didn't like that there was no dress code at dinner - people arrived on beach/ pool wear. Also noone was checking who arrived ( people were just walking in unchecked) and it woukd have been nice if this was formalised - perhaps even shown to our table and drinks order taken. We didn't like the quality of the meats other than the roasts. We particularly didn't like that people were stealing alcohol from the bar as their was noone there to monitor this. We always paid for ours but others just helped themselves ( I inderstand that all inclusive guests may feel they can but others were too -it was too chaotic).

Lovely location. Absolutely huge and clean. The restaurants are spacious, and the selection of free drinks is reasonable and of great quality. The quality of the patisserie was amazing, and the breakfast options were excellent. The staff was great and really helpful. The amenities were as expected for the brand, and the furniture and desks were of good quality. The climatized pool with warm water was a total hit! Everything worked as it should.

There are areas for improvement: - When renting a court, the provided balls were in truly bad shape. I would expect better given the quality of the hotel, so I was a bit disappointed with that. - On the food front, while the quality was great, the cooking was inconsistent. Sometimes the paella rice was overcooked, other times it was salty. Similarly, some meat dishes were excellent, while others were tough. - Entertainment: I understand that catering to diverse demographics is a challenge, but it would be great to have something to promote dancing, like a disco. Focus more on young middle-aged guests.
