I loved the separate pool areas for families and quiet area. Breakfast quality was superb. Location was perfect. 5 mins walk to one of the best beaches. Great housekeeping.

The hotel was amazing, it is so clean and modern with so many thoughtful touches to help make your stay a good one. We really felt welcome and were looked after by the staff and the manager from check in , throughout our stay. Staff were friendly at reception and always greeted us.The pools and accommodation are divided up into two zones, the relax zone , more for adults, where we went every day and the family zone with water slides, play area and outside spaces which our grandchildren would have loved, maybe the next holiday!! We enjoyed the food and the focus on health and well being in the restaurant, with freshly baked bread and juices available along with the traditional breakfast food. We didn't stay for dinner so cannot comment. Clean and modern rooms with a large balcony and very comfortable beds Nice relaxed vibe with yoga if you want to join in, a Spa and a bit of entertainment in the evening. The location is ideal as its a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. There is a bus stop virtually outside where you can get the circular bus around all of Playa Blanca. One thing we didn't like was the openness and lack of privacy with the toilet and shower cubicles in the room, so little privacy for changing etc, apart from that the room was great!!! Definitely going back to stay with them again in November as we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The hotel was very modern, clean and relaxing. I loved the idea of a family area and a relax zone which has 2 pools on each side, also an even younger kids pool. The room was very spacious, was cleaned daily (or when needed) and included a mini fridge, safe and hairdryer. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very good, only around a 10 minute walk to the main strip in Playa Blanca. Also a grocery shop only 3 minute walk away. The hotel was sustainable which I love.

I felt there could have been more staff in the hotel, the pool bar was always busy with a big queue. At breakfast it was hard to get a clean table at times as there wasn’t enough staff for the number of guests. The breakfast was good although the ‘hot’ foods were mostly cold. But there was a number of options and fruits, pastries, drinks, cold meats, cheeses etc to choose from also. The spa was lovely although you only got 1 hour for free within the first 48 hours after that you have to pay for use.

the room was absolutely fabulous & ideal for what we needed. the pool area was lovely but very quiet - it probably wouldn’t be so suited for people with young children. the staff were top notch! always willing to help & guide you through any queries or questions. the location was a bit outside of the town which was ok for us as we used the link scooters outside the hotel to travel in to the town ( they weren’t cheap but we had so much fun on them). breakfast was good, plenty of option. the only downfall for breakfast would be the fact that the bread & toaster was shoved in to a corner and it was a corner that was used by everyone so it was always very busy and you would feel under pressure to get in and out. hotel is super well furnished and the theme reflects the whole hotel. the room cleaners were also fabulous. every day there was a different quote written on our mirror which was a beauty up gesture and always made our day!

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was at a very good location only a 10 minute walk from the beach! There was also a supermarket just 5 minutes away to buy any food, drinks or snacks. The facilities within the hotel were great, very well maintained and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Would’ve liked there to be more vegetarian options for breakfast. Although breakfast was available till 11am we noticed that the later we went the less options there were especially bread for toast etc.

Breakfast was good but very repetitive. Omelettes would have been a nice change but on the whole plenty of choice . Good coffee

The severe lack of staff , clearing tables was a real issue at all times of breakfast. Rows of tables uncleared and not re-set . Glasses for juice not replenished, also coffee cups . Had to set your own table . Also long queue for drinks at the reception bar but again short of staff .

The hotel had only reopened a month before our visit, following a full refurbishment and was very quiet (perfect). The staff were attentive, polite and efficient. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable. The hotel even offered various 'zones' for different styles of holidays very clever. The stay even included breakfast with enough choice to have a different meal each day.

Very good breakfast with good choice of options. Pool area well laid out. Enjoyed the chill out music played around the pool area. Dining area had excellent decor and felt really relaxing.

Our first room located at the main entrance to reception from the pool area was noisy as you could hear the pool pumps working all night! We were allocated another room for the rest of our stay by the excellent reception staff. It was in a great location.

The beautiful pools and the rooms were lovely.

Breakfast hit and miss. No glasses, cups or cutlery freely available as the hotel seemed massively understaffed. Breakfast food was not replenished most of the time. Staff on reception miserable and one man with glasses was very rude when I tried to do self check in despite being todo that’s what we had to do.
