On a narrow quiet lane just off the main square so it is in a great location in the old town. It was also just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop. Helpful hosts. Lent us beach towels. Easy to get to Port Pollensa by bus and to other prettier beaches. Room was modern and the room and all public spaces were very clean. There is a lift to 1st and 2nd floors and a large seating area on the ground floor with a coffee machine. It was self service with a 1 euro honesty charge.

Well this is a minus and plus. The bed was too hard for us but they offered us a different room for the 2nd and 3rd night with a softer bed.

We have visited this property in March 24 for the 2nd time. This time we booked 2 rooms, one for us two and 2nd for an elderly relative. Both were great, although I would recommend to have at least one room accessible with a walk in shower. For 2 nights this was great, however for a longer stay, she would sadly not be able to have a shower. Having said that, it's up to us to find an appropriate place rather than complain one doesn't have what we would need therefore, we are only suggesting this and we didn't find a lack of walk in shower a problem on this occasion. Everything was perfect, very clean and specious rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and easily contactable host whom answered all questions. Location is amazing and even though we had a rented mobility scooter, our senior decided to walk everywhere! We will be staying here many more times as we visit Pollenca often.Thank you for a great stay and being so helpful.

Staff just left us alone which I like. I fact, the day before we were due to leave, I have to remind them that we hadn't paid the city tax. The location is perfect

Noises in corridor but I think it was just that the room next to us had someone in who thinks the way to close a door at 1am is to open it wide and then throw it at the hole. Our 3am checkout gave him a taste of his own medicine though.

Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff. Water cooler downstairs. We had a nice balcony to enjoy. Mini fridge in the room. Airconditioning good. Breakfast provided in the square nearby was nice.

Shower temperature was variable but the view out of the window while showering made up for it! Our fridge got turned off during a room clean so we had to throw some food out.

Nice and big room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good location.

Bed was very hard. There where a lot of small issues in the room that would require some maintenance. Holder for towels loose; power outlet loose; awning not working... could easily be fixed... Entry of the hotel messy... could actually also easy be improved. Generally the hotel could require a nice finish.

Very central, calm and cool, and room was lovely. It had everything we needed including a balcony overlooking the monastery. The Modern Art throughout the hotel was lovely and a huge bonus

The Hotel wasn't manned with staff very often and so we couldn't get as much information about Pollenca, places to see, best places to eat etc

located right in the town centre but also quiet, spacious room with big and comfy bed, nice shower and working AC, overall a good place to stay in pollença

with this price standard, simple breakfast (like a small buffet) is not included and it costs extra €12 per person per day, but I guess it’s because of the high season and overall pollença is a posh town

Lovely small hotel, friendly staff and fabulous breakfast on the Square at the sister hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel also had a lift and small outdoor area on the ground floor. Very well located near the main Square.

No fan or a/c during very hot weather but at least we could open the windows!

Lovely location, very friendly staff, smooth check in and check out. Perfectly appointed room, all the facilities one could need.

Pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable, maybe they could offer down pillows? There was a bad sewage smell in the stairwell that hopefully could be looked into.

The hotel was just off the main square in Pollensa. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. There were tea/coffee making facilities down stairs and a nice relaxing area. The room was large with a good sized terrace. The breakfast was beautifully presented and a great choice although it was in the main hotel which was about 50m away. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
