Really enjoyed our stay in a small suite. Definitely would come back. Excellent location close to sea and nice walks along the front to the town centre. Buses run to and from the centre every few minutes so access easy. Safe carparking under the hotel which was a real bonus for us as we liked to drive out and visit places.

There was a fridge in the room but no coffee and tea making facillities.

The staff , the location, parking (There was also free parking in the streets but I prefer parking inside ) room service , football was available to watch in there if interested , bathroom nice , good views , clean . I attach a photo of the views from my room

Everything was fine for me. The only thing that could add some more value to me will be an outdoor cafe/terrace or a swimming pool .

The rooms are spacious and comfortable The staff were really helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us book tickets for a concert in Santander. Great location by the beach and an easy walk into the main town.

Found it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room as it was very warm overnight and setting the thermostat to a lower point didn't seem to make any difference Would have liked the ability to make tea in the room or have facilities we could use

The hotel was excellent, very helpful reception staff, area delightful, breakfast very good with great and varied choices. Room large and very comfortable, would like to have stayed longer, the price was very reaonable.

GPS could not find the hotel, it stopped us in the middle of town, (about 5+ kms on) so had to ask taxi driver. Couldn´t park in underground parking as not enough height so had to park in sister hotel across the road, parking outside hotel, although space, not recommended by reception as limited time (20 mins. I think so risk a fine)

Lovely hotel, good location. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Car parking on site. The safe needed attention as it was very difficult to operate, the mechanism was stiff. We checked in on Saturday pm so maintenance had gone home. The receptionist came promptly to our room to try to fix the problem. Dinner at another hotel, part of the chain was excellent and very good value for money.

The safe was not in working order. Dinner was not available at the hotel. Another hotel, very close to the hotel and part of the group was available. It was a short walk so on this occasion, not a problem for us. I wouldn't like to have walked there in the rain.

Big room. Gorgeous view of the ocean, from the two windows in our room, you could even hear waves at night. Excellent french windows. The area in which the hotel is located is luxury, calm, with beautiful beaches and the coastline. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom with a bathtub.

Very bad internet. Breakfast could have more variety, no vegetables at all. Poor outdated hair dryer in the room. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors quite well. Doors slam hard even with the lightest touch. Poor cleaning: the bath was not washed during the whole stay (3 days) the garbage (like the the pizza carton) was never removed from the floor.

Nice hotel, helpful staff Secure parking was very good although very expensive. 3 course evening meal includes drinks and bread was very good at €22 each. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold options. Coffee shop open all day with nice lounge to relax in. Bed was very comfortable Good location for ferry port.

All was good.

Lovely old hotel in a great location: Decor inside was a little dated but overall very comfortable and spotlessly clean! Free on street parking very close to hotel was a bonus (mid October!) Good breakfast on offer!

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice!

The location was great, the room was an odd shape but it was a nice size - nothing bad to say about it. We could see the beach out our window too. And the shower was lovely.

The cleaners do an incredibly great job but the one thing we didn't like was; they don't knock before they come in to clean your room! We slept in until 11am one morning and twice the cleaners just let themselves in to the bedroom and we had to say 'no no, we're okay thanks!' That would be one thing I'd change, just ask them to knock. They were brilliant at cleaning and I have no problem with the actual quality of their work!

A spotlessly clean hotel in an excellent location near the beach, restaurants, and bars. A brilliant, easy to operate shower and bottled water provided in the rooms. Helpful, smartly dressed, and polite staff.

The hotel is in need of full refurbishment. Very dated decor, fixtures, and fittings.
