Nice clean and spacious apartment with comfortable bed. The smell from the orange blossom outside the window was amazing. It is close to a popular area with lots of bars and restaurants but is in a quiet side street. It was about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Seville. There are city bikes nearby and good cycle paths along the river.

The road outside is cobbled which made the small amount of traffic quite noisy but we just shut the window when it got too loud.

The apartment is very large and comfortable. The beds and pillows were nice. The bathroom was nice and the kitchen well equipped. There was a dishwasher and coffee maker in the kitchen and access to laundry on the floor. Great location for tourism and very easy to get around. Would have been the perfect place to stay if not for the heat and construction. Great views of a church and roof tops across the street from the third floor

It was 28C and there was no air conditioning despite this being in the room description. We asked reception about this and they said they were unable to turn it on for us. I asked them if they could provide a fan instead as it was difficult to sleep in the heat. They didn't have one but gave us a space heater instead to use the fan function on it. This didn't really help. Thus we had to keep all the windows open to be able to sleep, which meant it was noisy from the street traffic and people drinking at the bar below (as well as the orange tree shakers at 4am). There is construction going on right next to the pool so you wouldn't want to sit out there at all due to the noise and dust. The laundry room needs detergent (free or for sale).

This hotel is in a fantastic location and is super clean and comfortable, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were massive, clean and comfortable. Shower gel and soap and a hairdryer was provided in the bathroom, but remember to bring shampoo! It was right next to the Alameda square which has loads of nice bars and restaurants which gets really busy on weekend evenings! Despite it’s proximity, you was never disturbed by any noise from this which was ideal. It is about a 15/20 minute walk to Setas de Seville which is where we spent a lot of our time.

This apartment was in a great location very close to a large square with lots of restaurants and bars but was also very quiet. We could walk everywhere and found different squares and places for breakfast or dinner every day. The cathedral was about 25 minutes walk and Triana and Plaza de Espana were both about 30 minutes but very pleasant walks. It was spacious and clean with dish wash tabs and filter paper provided. The receptionists were extremely helpful and lovely.

Only small improvements could be that there were no wine glasses and maybe put a warning notice on the kitchen cupboards to avoid bumping your head if you are over 5 foot!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in residential part of Seville. Its a walking distance of all major attractions and its close to many great restaurants. If you are coming with a car, there is a possibility to park on a long street close to the apartment, but its better to try to find a spot in the evening when the traffic is light. When we come back to Seville againg, we will be coming to this place again.

The accommodation/apartment is finished to a high standard. Efficient shower/AC system and beds brill. Everything you need. Great location to see the rest of the city. Then after doing the ‘touristy’ bit taking in a great city, it’s just magic to get back to this ‘oasis’ to relax and cool down at the little bonus of a pool. And a special mention to reception staff - Antonia and Gledson. Very helpful and friendly For instance advised us on where to eat and visit imparting clear and sound advice. Arranged bus tour tickets, taxi and a host of other things. Indeed the limited Spanish I have was enhanced ‘un puco’ thanks to their patience, humour and understanding. Just great people keen to help and a credit to the business. ‘Nos encanta Sevilla y 16 Lumbreras’

Everything was ‘fantastico’

The apartments had a staff member on reception (8am-11pm) and when we left what I assume was night staff employee who checked us out at 6.30am. Staff member gave us the Digital Door Code when we arrived which was the same for both entrance glass doors if you get back after 11pm. Really friendly accommodating guy...so rude of me I should have asked his name. Reception Staff always friendly. Apartment very clean with everything we needed and plenty of lighting. But we never cook on holiday and always eat out at local restaurants. Washing Machine was located next door but we were only there a few nights. Not much of a TV viewer when away but there was the BBC News on Bedroom TV and of course the Euro Championship Football Matches. Located overlooking a narrow street but we weren't disturbed by any traffic. and just a short walk into the City. Our second visit to Seville and I'd recommend this Apartment Complex.

I will mention a minor issue with regards to the bathroom. There was a bit of a smell which I think came from the walk in shower drain in the floor ? But when we used the shower it disappeared. When we returned in the evening it was back...but this is very minor and didn't distract from our stay. We would still recommend the Apartment.

Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay away from the tourist centre but still in walking distance. Had a local feel, lots of restaurants, family friendly. Feria nearby and we loved the restaurant next door. The one bed with terrace was perfect with access to a terrace and the pool. The apartment was really comfortable, nice and cool, everything we needed, plenty of space. The pool area was a great bonus, we used it everyday. A good size for cooling off in and for our 3 year old to play. Never too busy as the guests seemed to use it at different times of the day. Check in easy and friendly welcoming staff.

Clothes drying rack in the room would’ve been handy. But I can’t fault the apartment or staff !

The property was spacious and as described on the photos the bed was large and comfy

It was extremely noisy when you opened a window which meant you couldn’t open a window, we had to keep the bedroom window curtains drawn at all times because it faced onto other apartments which you could see directly into. Sometimes in the apartment there was a strange smell and I would have appreciated more pillows in the bedroom with only 1 being supplied per person

Excellent location just off the top of Alameda De Hercules. Loads of bars, cafes, restaurants within 5 minutes walk - much cheaper than the touristy areas by the Alcazar and Cathedral too. - About 25 minute walk to the Alcazar. Excellent communications from the Apartments via WhatsApp. Code was sent to open door to building and apartment - but reception is manned until about 11pm anyway. Apartments are spacious and everything works. Really comfortable beds. Very helpful and efficient hiring a taxi back to the airport (15 min drive).

Swimming pool is really more of a plunge pool, but we weren't there for that and didn't use it.
