Cleanliness.

No supply of shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. It doesn't cost a lot but it leaves a bad impression especially for those arrive late and don't know where to go to buy them.

The flat was overall very comfortable and clean. It was well equipped. It was easy to communicate with the staff.

There is minimal noise insulation. My friend had a big issue with this during our stay, having difficulties to sleep. The flat is on the ground floor and we could hear people at the street and also from the upstairs flat. Shampoo, conditioner and soap could have been provided in the bathroom. The wifi was not great, but maybe this is impacted by the infrastructure of the building.

The Apartment had everything we needed, comfy bed, plenty of space, sofa and TV with YouTube to watch if we needed it. Hob and Microwave (with grill) and good sized fridge. Hot water in the shower, and fluffy white towels. Plugs in exactly the right places too! For some it might be a bit far from the main attractions, but we like walking and it was perfect, only 1.5-2 mimes to the furthest attraction, Plaza de Espana. But a nice walk in quiet backstreets. Fernando was very helpful with a few minor queries we had, which we did via WhatsApp.

Nothing really. It would have been nice to have another long mirror in or near the wardrobe in the bedroom. From the photos I thought there was a general outdoor space with table and chairs, but this was only for the top 3-bedroomed apartment. There was a patio area downstairs and on the roof. A bit scruffy but I could take a chair out there and sit in the sun a few times.

The location was very good. Very quiet side street but only a couple of blocks to a large park area with restaurants, bars, play areas, shops. The apartment has been ungraded. It also has a washing machine and a large outside rooftop patio for drying the clothes.

The apartment is 2 story with a narrow spiral stair connecting the floors. Some people might have difficulty going up and down. The upstairs bathroom shower is VERY small but ok for smaller people. The kitchen could use some more utensils, cooking pans, etc. And while an expresso maker is provided, none of the pods were provided. So, as it turns out, the ones I bought didn't fit. This is not a problem limited to this apartment. Many other rental apartments don't provide a "regular" coffee maker, whether it is a French Press, or a Mr. Coffee. None of this is a deal breaker, but potential renters should be aware of these things.

This apartment was super clean and comfortable. It is located very close to bus stops, restaurants and bars. There is a super little tapas bar nearby just across the street. It is located in a quiet street. Lovely shutters on the windows to block out light so great sleep

They didn't send the code to access the door. I had to contact booking .com to get it. They then changed the code after 2 days locking us out even though we were staying for 4 days. All our belongings were locked inside the apartment. The staff member was helpful and apologetic when contacted but scary mistakes all the same . Only one socket by the TV so couldn't use our device. No WiFi password so had to ask them again. Got it on day 2. Staff need to improve. Provide an info pack re WiFi.. In in Also noisy fridge in living area.

Great location for rowing centre and old city. Restaurants, cafes, shops, public transport all close by. Walk to the centre within minutes, all the way to the south in abiut half an hour. Lively neighbourhood for people of all ages. Comfortable apartment, good facilities. Has all you need really. Small supermarket 3 minute walk away. Spacious, light, easy access. Big shower/ bathroom, very clean. Would recommend!

It can be a little noisy (hearing neighbours move stuff and talk) but it didn't bother us really. I would stay again, lovely place and v helpful hosts.

We had a great time! The apartment is ideally situated - in the historical center, in a calm little street, only a couple of minutes away from a lot of cafés and bar. There's a supermarket just around the corner as well. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay to reach the main attractions of the city. The flat itself is very nice - there's nice bedding, a modern kitchen with all the utensils that you need, and even a private terrasse to enjoy your meals when the weather is nice. If you'd rather stay I side, there's a dining area and a couch to sit around.

Decor of dining set and bedroom are very nice, especially at night with the lights on. Bed and shower are clean and comfortable. Kitchen is new with new appliances. When I communicated via whatsapp that the electric tea kettle was old and rusted, someone brought a new one for me the next morning.

I was willing to pay at this price point thinking a washing machine was included in my unit. But there wasn't one. Under the general listing for San Clemente House on booking.com, it says washing machine is available. Wi-fi/Internet didn't work. I used my own data for duration of my stay. Between 3am-6am on two different nights, I heard people on the street being loud (and sometimes people in the building coming back late being loud), and someone (a child?) nearby (not sure if in building or neighboring building) screaming for help and crying for over an hour.

Great location, very central with shops and a host of restaurants close by. 15 min walk to center of Seville. Very comfortable apartment with all necessary items - dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc. Lovely large terrace to sit outside with cosy seats. Key pad access is so easy to follow.

Could do with a full lenght mirror in apartment.

This place is wonderfully located near the Calatravera bridge and its easy to get into the city center per bus. we traveled with no car so it is very convinient. i would only suggest to indicate the directions from the airport to the appartment a bit better as well how to turn on the heating. it was a really lovely stay and i would recommend this place to everyone! The staff were outsanding and always helpful. thank you for this amaizing stay in Sevilla!
