Great location. Very clean and tidy. Rooms a little dated and could do with modernising or at least a freshen up decoration but were spacious. The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was great too. Also a bonus to have a pool although too small for swimming. Great for a cool down dip though.

The rooms leading straight on to the landing/courtyard. Felt weird having no other windows. The rooms were spacious but very dated and old fashioned no tea or coffee facilities in the room borrowed a kettle and crockery. Room neded a freshen up lick of paint and a few pictures, wouldn't take much to update. Ie remove old sofa add a nice chair or small dressing table it was very brown/beige felt dreary. Walls bare, not a space you want to stay in for long. Cost a lot more money to stay over the Easter break and following week. We did expect a little more in terms of a nicer room. Saying that the staff, bar, restaurant, courtyard and pool were great couldn't fault them.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the room was very luxurious. Especially the bathroom and shower were amazing and just what we needed after a long, hot day exploring the vibrant city. The little balcony was lovely and gave us the opportunity to get a glimpse of the nightlife in Macarena without having to go out and experience it ourselves. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, and although we did not try the dinner, it looked fabulous, and I wished we tried it one of the days. The patio, in general, was and offered a nice place to have breakfast or enjoy a coffee and a drink in the afternoon. The cleansiness and amenities on offer were exceptional! Altogether, we felt very comfortable and at home in San Gil and had a wonderful stay!

The pool area could have been nicer, but also, it was not needed to make use of that at all, as there was so much else to explore. The only downside was the location of the hotel as there were less restaurants and bigger shops around than in the city centre, but by bus and by foot we were always quickly in town and found nice tapas bars in Macarena itself as well. The room could have been a tiny bit bigger, but that is complaining on a very high level! Altogether, the room was more than plenty for our stay and our desire to explore the city by day and relax in the room at night.

Location. Close to Alameda night life and family's apartment. Room very clean and well serviced. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Rooms at back of hotel have no view. Roof pool difficult to get out of. Bar in hotel not popular. But local bars are and are cheap. Coffee/tea maker in room would be appreciated especially by UK guests

We asked to be moved as I was on crutches and needed a lower floor room they were very accomadating even though we were only there for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable . Lovely outside eating area. The pool area was clean , and there were enough sunbeds. It was never packed while we were there. Reception was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble. An enjoyable stay

Not enough restaurants within walking distance for us Sunbeds would have been nice with cushion as personally i found them too hard .

The reception staff were excellent, they gave us lots of information and arranged taxi's to pick us up. The rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard, thank you. The restaurant manager was also excellent. Thank you we loved our stay in your beautiful hotel.

One meal was excellent as was the waiter, however on another night the waiter did not seem to know what he was doing and as a result we had a poor experience with the main meal which was hot coming out as we ate our starters which were cold, the menu could do with more in-depth description of the food e.g., it says soup but does not say that it is cold soup.

there was 3 of us incl one child and the room had a separation between the master bedroom and kids bed which was ideal. breakfast had a good choice of national and international options (from Sacher Torte to Croissant to local baked goods) lovely to get gluten free options when asked. liked the fresh fruit very much. Hotel staff organised us a taxi to the airport first thing in the morning which worked perfect. we used the pool and got free towels from reception. really enjoyed having access to fresh lemon or orange infused water all day available (close to reception, downstairs bar). lots of little shops/restaurant, icecream bar in walking distance. we arrived early and were able to store our luggage prior to official check-in. receiption staff was very good and spoke spanish and english with some german - all very good. we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant in the evening so won't comment.

I think the coffee machine could do with an additional filter cafe option as it wasn't that great to be fair. It was more like what you get at budget hotels.

The Hotel was very easy to find, a short walk away from lots of main attractions. Breakfast was very nice, lots of hot and cold options. The room was perfect for my son and i, big bathroom, very clean. Good Air Conditioning. Nice rooftop pool with an amazing view. The hotel was able to store our luggage after room check out until our flight later in the day which was very helpful! I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again the next time i am in Seville.

My only slight criticism was that the beds are a little hard.

If I had come as a couple or with friends, I would have been very happy. I booked it 20 minutes before while driving on the road and received a spacious 2 bedroom suite instead of the double room I had booked for ~$120. There was a nice couch for working. The staff was very nice, carrying my suitcase upstairs and parking my car for me in a nearby garage.

There is private parking as listed by Booking but it's an extra charge of ~$17 which was not listed on the page. I would've booked somewhere cheaper and paid for public parking if I was aware since I just needed a place to stay for the night while driving through. He was taken aback I asked, but a different staff member helped me move my large rental out of a tight spot in the garage and didn't help me with my luggage on the way to the garage.

The room and bathroom are spacious, however the glass doors/walls overlooking the patios prevent the cooled room from staying cool, so if you spend a lot kf time outside the hotel, it might take a whe to cool it again once you are back. The pool is amazing for cooling downs on the hot Seville weather.

The pool area is approximately the same size as the pool so it is not possible for the sun beds to be around the pool, but it is not a big deal

Great location, really enjoyed being in the Macarena area. Friendly & helpful staff. Gorgeous building especially the courtyard and bar area. Quiet and spacious room with a big terrace and comfy beds.

Maybe the rooms are a little tired if you wanted to be fussy but still very comfortable and clean. It feels as though much more could be made of the pool area. Better quality sun loungers and more shade options would probably entice more people as well as a bar.
