Quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation, reasonably priced at an amazing location. Situated near the Arena de Toros in the heart of the historical center, is in walking distance from the Cathedral area, from the river and from Triana. In fact, as a tourist you will need transport only for Plaza Espana and the bus stop for that is very near to the hotel. Also very easily accessible by bus both from the main train station as well as from the bus station. The rooms are spacious and you will find that all furniture and appliances are in good condition. My mattress was quite comfortable and the room very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the room, including its kitchen was fully equipped (even for cooking), including among other things a microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kettle and a coffee machine with as many coffee capsules as the days of my stay. The personnel were pleasant and professional and they went out of their way to help with something I needed that was not really part of their obligations. I was also surprised by the fact that there was absolutely no noise from the streets. A roof terrace is available if you don't like to eat or work in the room or if you want to sunbathe. If you need to auto-check in, it's a really straightforward process. Overall highly recommended.

Some rooms have windows only to the corridors around the staircase which is situated in the center of the building. Also being hotel apartments and not a hotel the reception is open only for 3-4 hours per day. You will hear the guests from other rooms quite audibly, but I consider this to be a common issue that is to be expected if you stay in any historic center of any city in Spain.

Location was unbeatable ! Close by to every point of interest, both in the Old Town and Triana. Clean, very comfortable and spacious. Bed was great and sheets very soft. Staff was very friendly and responsive. With a nice terrace on the top floor. Would have appreciated a bit more of advice upon our arrival, like the fact you get a discount for the flamenco show by staying there (I found out about that because of some comment I've read after I left..) or some recommendations (like other accommodations do) with things to do, where to eat, etc etc. But overall, very highly recommended!

The AC in the bedroom wasn't working correctly and even though they sent someone to fix it, it still didn't work like it should. It was constantly turning on and off. Thank you for trying though. We were staying on the 1st floor and you could easily hear the flamenco show on the ground floor from 18.30-19.30 and from 20.30-21.30. Even though we asked to be changed to another higher room, the hotel was fully booked so it was not possible. Be aware of that if you want to refresh or chill during those hot hours in the evening, you will hear the show very loudly.

Very nice apartment in the center of Seville. Good location about a 10-15 min walk from the historic center of town. The apartment was quite spacious with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and generously sized bedroom and bathroom. Good hot water pressure in the shower, good wifi, good staff. I was traveling solo but this would be ideal for a couple or small family.

These apartments are located above one of the better known flamenco shows in the city. During the shows, I was in a first floor apartment and it was very loud. No one's fault, but this would have been nice to know at the time of booking. I will say that at all other times there were no noise issues.

The apartment was very spacious with everything we needed provided. Access to the apartment was via individual security code at the main reception which closed at 3pm everyday and the same code accessed your apartment. Located in the old town area of Seville we were within walking distance of all the major attractions. Communication with the host was very easy through bookings.com messaging service.

The only negative here was that as we had an interior apartment in the complex looking onto an interior courtyard there was little natural light and we had to have lighting on all the time.

Ladies on reception were excellent being both friendly and efficient. Bed was really comfortable and everything provided inside the apartment for a short stay. Apartment was no more than about 10 minutes walk from Cathedral, Alcazar and Triana and lots of tapas bars, restaurants etc.

There was an outside patio which when shown on website and booking.com had a parasol and cushions on patio furniture. These were not there when we arrived and when we asked for them we were rudely told by a maintenance man they weren't available. I feel that is serious mis-representation of the available facilities and in the heat of Seville we were unable to use the outside space we had paid for.

We loved the area for our 2nd visit to Seville. It felt more 'local' and not so 'touristy'. The apartment is clean and spacious but the bathroom is compact, yet adequate. The staff were very helpful organising a taxi to the station, and we could leave our luggage securely after checkout, until our departure.

We were not happy that we were not given the entry codes for access until 3pm on the day of arrival. We are from Australia and only have internet access where we stay, so we require our codes in advance, or to be met at the apartment by someone. We were not made aware of this situation when we first made our booking.

Firstly, I want to start with Elena because she is the face of the company that represented you. You should hold this employee with high regard. She is one of the best and made my stay completely enjoyable and stressfree. She is the one that will have me book with your company again. The apartment is spacious and it was cool and I liked the facilities especially the lift The location is also really good and even though there was a lot of activity I could not hear anything in the apartment

Everything was good

This was our first time in Seville and this serviced apartment was perfect for us. Fantastic central location and extremely helpful staff (shout out to Kasia for looking after us so well) The apartment has everything you need and even has its own flamenco theatre downstairs. We loved the flamenco when we went and even got a complimentary sangria to take up to our apartment after. It was a little noisy at times in the apartment but nothing to complain about as it was minor and the flamenco finished by 1030.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well located, making it convenient to explore the area. The amenities were great, and everything was clean and well maintained. I really appreciated that they allowed early check-in, letting me access the property before 3 PM, which was a nice bonus. The kitchenette was a great feature and made it easy to prepare light meals during my stay.

The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t as strong as I would have liked.
