Mentxu was super friendly and was very attentive. She showed us around when we got there so we knew where everything was and what we could use. The kitchen was very nice and updated, and we used it quite a few times during our stay to keep food in the refrigerator and to heat up food in the microwave. The bigger bathroom was very nicely updated as well. Our room didn't have a window, but we had a nice fan which helped keep us comfortable at night while sleeping.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and there wasn't a way to set the sprayer in a bracket or anything, so it took a little while to shower. However, this was a relatively minor issue. Also, the place is on the fourth floor, which means a lot of stairs, but we knew this before booking and it really isn't anything that can be easily changed. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and especially with the host, who was so friendly and helpful!

Clean and comfortable. It is a hostel so in a shared room but I had no concerns about safety or security. Both hostess and other guests were very friendly. Booking.com had messed up my booking and had not confirmed my reservation to the hostess. However she went out of her way to arrange a bed for me. Very centrally located just off Plaza Mayor and close to all attractions

On a busy street with bars so could be noisy at night

For my taste a bit hysterical with cleaning the bathroom after the use of it: We had to wipe every surface that was used after every use. That's a bit to much and generates too much garbage.

I really liked the host. She was very upbeat and friendly!

The room gets stuffy when it’s fully packed. So it gets a little hot. Also I would recommend a more private room for those who are light sleepers. Or maybe bring some ear muffs and an eye mask

the balcony room was very small, didn’t have enough room to sit down; didn’t expect that, but then we realised that all buildings in old town center have that kind of small balconies

Location was great. Host very nice and helpful. There was a problem with the room I rent initially but host tried to sort it out the best possible way.

Room with no windows or fresh air . There was a fun though, that we had to put on all night due tu hot weather

I had an amazing stay here. Menchu's place is extremely clean and Menchu made my stay memorable. Follow the rules and I promise you will have an amazing time. I would love to stay here if I come back to Valladolid.

Great bathrooms and great location

Because of its cereal location and it's an older building the people on the street at night can get kind of loud

The best part of my stay was the hostess, an absolutely wonderful and charismatic lady who was happy to help or offer advice on anything! It was my first day in Spain and she made me feel at home from the very first moment. In addition to the hostess’ warmth, the facilities were immaculate, the people I shared a room with were lovely, and the location was unbeatable.

Nothing better!

The location is wonderful! You can get acess to most of the public transportation easily and going around Valladolid!!! The room is very clean, very well decoration. The house owner is super nice, if you want to ask for something, don't be hesitate.! Highly recommended for tourist! I wish you have a good time!
