The room looks clean, smells clean and big, the staff are friendly. The bed is firm and comfortable, ideal for my bad back. Food in the restaurant are good, we had excellent ribeye. Fish with prawns tastes good too. We feel really rested, it's a shame we only stayed 1 night as it was just for a stop over on a long roadtrip, we didn't get the chance to use the spa. We would definitely go back.

Fish with prawns tastes good but didn't even have 1whole small shrimp, not even half a small shrimp. It's just a tiny tiny bit of shrimp. Wished there was a shade/curtain to cover the window glass door in the bathroom,.

Very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Good facilities pool, garage, bar/ lounge area, breakfast room serving a wide range of foods.

It was a bit out of the main area, however there was a good bus service close by. Nice dining room but evening meals only served at weekends.

From the staff to the facilities, there's nothing negative to say. Super friendly and excellent comfort. An excellent point was that there were several options for plant-based drinks, a choice of lactose-free milk and normal milk.

Maybe the fact that the gym isn't open from Monday to Sunday. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about

The hotel is located close to the A62 motorway and is easy to find. It is modern and clean with professional and polite staff. The room seemed well soundproofed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle. There was a good choice on the breakfast buffet and in addition we were offered an omelette cooked to order or eggs and bacon. There is an underground secure carpark with ample wide spaces and easy entry and exit. Whilst there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel for an evening meal there are bars and restaurants close by. Overall, an excellent hotel for an overnight stay when travelling down through Spain.

the restaurant was closed to clients except for a group . They could easily have catered for us as well. That was disappointing as no decent restaurants nearby. Bar snacks only!

Almost everything. A very convenient, modern area of the city with regular bus service, clean streets and good restaurant and shopping nearby. Couldn't seriously fault the hotel or helpful staff.

It would have been useful to have an iron and ironing board, and the bed was a little firm for me.

staff on reception very polite and helpful and in particular the man that has lived in Bristol, his customer service skills are excellent thank you! All staff we saw around from cleaners to waiters we all very friendly! The room was very clean. Location was very good for us, the pool is beautiful, shame the weather wasn’t too warm for us to enjoy it.

My only moan would be that it was 30 euros for 2 adults and 1 baby to use the indoor pool, we didn’t use it because we couldn’t really afford to.

Clean and quiet room with comfortable beds and good soundproofing, we didn’t hear any of our neighbours or cars from the road. The view was nice of the roundabout with the cars going around, quite mesmerising. There is a big shopping mall across the road with a supermarket and restaurants if you need a quick fix. We also liked the recycling initiatives in the room.

One of the two electric car chargers was not working and also the spot next to the wall is too tight for the driver to park and get out of the car.

Amazingly friendly staff, from cleaners, to waiters, to reception...well done to management, in creating a work environment in which everyone is willing to give of their best.

I mistakenly booked the Vincci on the outskirts of town. I had originally wanted to be right in the centre of the city. But it was actually the perfect location with easy access to parking and a swimming pool, which was very welcome in the very, very hot summer temperatures. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was only around 8 euros into town, which was perfect for us as we were only staying one night. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by if you were staying for a few nights and wanted to stay more local. Great hotel, great location and Valladolid was a wonderful city. We loved it here.
