The staff was friendly and they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout for a last walk around the city. The location was very safe and pretty, close to the train and bus stations, although somewhat far from the main attractions. Rooms were very clean, well soundproofed and the amenities in the bathrooms were adequate. The view from the windows was pleasant, and the elevator looks great, Beds were comfortable.

The rooms were too small, we (3 people) had a lot of trouble opening our bags inside the room. The security box is small, a 15'' laptop doesn't fit inside it. Since it's one of the most common things travellers store, it could be a simple and welcome improvement.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Valladoid. Clean, well presented, with spacious modern rooms. Nice bar and restaurant close to all the amenities. We had a family room with 2 joining rooms ideal. We parked in the underfloor garage and had a great time.

Nothing, all good. breakfast could be a bit expensive for some, especially a young family like ours. We had breakfast at one of the many local cafes.

The parking in the hotel was very difficult to get in an out. We had an Audi A3 and one of our travelers had to walk in front of the car to make sure I made the turns.

The staff's friendly welcome helped upon arrival after a long and tiring trip. The rooms were very clean and it smelled so good. We loved the mini fridges to keep our food cool for our ongoing trip. Breakfast is phenomenal, so many choices! We recommend this place if you are passing through as it is not far from the highway.

No downsides for us

Good location, could find parking right in front at an affordable price. We had two double rooms conncted, which was perfect for a family with two children. Beds very confortable. Restaurant of the hotel served very good food. We were close to a big and beautiful park and the main square was a 30 minutes walk distance.

What I love about this property is the underground parking, the friendly staff and the location on my route when traveling from France to southern Spain.

The air conditioning didn’t get as cold as we would have liked, so it was warmer than we prefer when sleeping. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many options for non-pork eaters and there were no vegetables. The self-serve coffee machine was not good either.

It’s my 4th stay in Silken Juan de Austria. The staff is always great! The secure parking is a plus and the bed make the stay even better.

We stayed on the 8th floor this time I’m a room facing the sun when it rises. I’m one those people who need total darkness to sleep, and the blackout curtains on the room were not quite effective. So I woke up earlier than I wanted to after only sleeping a few hours.

Underground parking was a little tight. !! But we managed to get in lol

The room was spacious, spotless clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the fact that you could open the windows and see the green canopy of the street below.

Breakfast was enough quantity but could have more quality. The selection of fruit was poor for a 4 start hotel. Not related to breakfast... We got a fine because we parked on a free space in front of the hotel which apparently would need to pay a fee a display the ticket. We had never been there, so we had no idea. The hotel could make this information clearer to the guests. The hotel itself also has a car park (we enquired afterwards) which costs 14 euro per night. Expensive, but cheaper than the 90 euro fine that we got.

We have stayed in Air BnB’s and hotels throughout Spain and Portugal for close to one month and this was hands down the most comfortable bed and pillows on our trip. We were sorry we only stayed overnight. It was close to a great Shopping centre, with bars and restaurants nearby.
