Great location and easy to find thanks to Waze app. We had a nice welcome at check-in. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the selection of pillows on the beds. The rooms were very cosy for winter as well as the bathroom, and well soundproofed as we were situated very close to reception. My sister’s bathroom room was for travellers with limited mobility which we had requested and it was well set out. Breakfast was excellent. We travelled with two small/medium dogs who were given their own beds and dog bowls to use in my sister’s room. There’s a fairly large park behind the hotel heading towards the river that we took the dogs for a walk after arrival and in the morning before heading on our journey north. Whilst there’s plenty parking around the hotel, we opted to use the hotel’s underground garage at €17/night, plus there’s a lift to reception from the garage.

The rooms are a little tired, but that is just an observation and doesn’t detract from the comfort. We couldn’t control the heating so ended up opening the windows to get the rooms to a more comfortable temperature for sleeping.

Friendly reception staff. The secure parking was not over priced and was located in the underground parking at the hotel. This garage was air conditioned too! The rooms were spacious clean and quiet! You receive a free bar drink if you had choose to receive no house keeping the next day. It was their way of trying to be economical. A walk away from the main city centre which was perfect.

The location is great; you can walk to downtown. It's a 30 minutes walk. The beds are comfy & the staff is friendly, especially Alba who welcome us with a great smile!

We can hear the noise of the street, which didn't help to sleep. There's no parking, but you can park almost in front of the hotel. The breakfast isn't worth it. You can find other cheaper places than eating at the hotel. Wifi is terrible. We couldn't connect!

The junior suite was very spacious, perfect to receive us with our 2 dogs. The staff was friendly and provided us some dog beds and bowls for food and water. The bed was very confortable and big. Very quiet room.

The bathtub was leaking some water when we started to use it. Also there was no glass or curtain, so a lot of the bathroom got sprayed when we showered.

Clean. Very helpful staff. Quiet. Comfortable. Great heater (I was there in winter). About 2km from train station can walk there or take a taxi (I paid less than 10 euro to return to train station). Large room with desk and extra chair.

The hotel is well located right next to the fair and close enough to the city. The staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. Both check in and check out were fast.

The orange juice was not natural and the breakfast selection could be better. Room furniture could be renewed, however, it was comfortable and functional.

Beautiful hotel 20 minutes walking from the city centre. Friendly and professional staff. Big room with comfortable bed and spacious clean bathroom. We enjoyed everything about our stay, breakfast included.

Breakfast was very good. We had a problem with the tv and it was sorted very quickly. Checkout was 12 o’clock which really helped us.

Easy to get to. Not high rise. Near bars and somewhere to eat. Good area nearby for walking the dogs. Room was excellent and fabulous choice at breakfast. Person who checked us in was helpful and attentive

The location is perfect…. just a shot walk to the city center. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and the people working on breakfast in the dining area were very nice. I asked where I could get a travel Covid test and was referred to a clinic in the city center.I really like the people working the front desk too.I would recommend walking to the clinic if you need a travel Covid test and are not familiar with parking and driving in the city. It’s a picturesque 20 minute walk. The clinic was also a great experience and the people working there were really helpful. The hotel is a very nice quality hotel with pleasant helpful efficient crew and I will be returning next month again on my way to Portugal. Highly recommend!!!
