I was upgraded to a sweet suite. The suite had a kitchen if necessary, it had a very comfortable love seat couch for sitting . The room had a walk-in shower which I loved. Comfortable bed. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The location was only five minutes to the train station. I took advantage of the location by taking train day trips to Salamanca, Segovia and Avila. The street the hotel was on had many restaurants. At the end of the street was a beautiful fountain that was lit up at night. I felt safe at 2100 hrs. Good breakfast. Big safe.

The pillows were more firm than I like. But not bad.

This is a really, good, warm, welcoming hotel & very modern. It is located in a very prime location, the best part of the City, very central, 3 minutes walk from the train station and opposite a beautiful park. There are restaurants and shops nearby and the hotel also has a lovely restaurant. From when you walk through the door, the staff are at hand to assist you with your luggage. From the very lovely Carlos & his team at reception, to the manager Mr Alonso checking in with us to see if we had everything we needed, to the lovely man that served us dinner on the first night to the staff that served us breakfast every morning and the lovely cleaner that kept our room so clean and tidy. We are grateful to you all for making our stay special. We had a nightmare journey, where our flight was an hour late and the connecting trains were all cancelled, we ended up getting a 2 hour taxi from Madrid to Valladolid, and arrived at the hotel at 9pm. So the very warm welcome Carlos gave us, plus telling us our room had been upgraded was just priceless- thank you Carlos! The breakfast and restaurant food was also really lovely. X The staff even sent me off, on the last morning (as I didn't stop for breakfast) with a coffee and some chocolates!! The hotel decor was really modern with beautiful colours, the shower 🚿 & facilities were very modern, with soap & creams etc provided. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I travel in Spain for work nearly continuously and have stayed in many hotels over the years. I think this is actually the best I have encountered! The front desk staff was hands down the most friendly, welcoming, and helpful I've ever met. It was a pleasure to interact with them. On top of that, the room was large and very comfortable, the breakfast perfect, and the location 5 minutes walk from the train station. I will stay here again.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk from train station and close to all sights, areas to eat in, opposite gardens to walk in and along a nice boulevard with bars and restaurants. Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. Comfortable room, and very clean. Modern and good rain shower. We did not try the restaurant but staff were very helpful when we requested a couple of items. On an aside Valladolid is a much underrated Spanish city to visit, it has a lot to offer!

The room (a junior suite in our case) was interior - on our booking it did say views to an inner courtyard, so this was not a surprise, but it is facing a fire escape and interior area rather than a courtyard. It was not noisy at all, but the room was a bit dark as a result. If you wanted a different option it could be worth asking when you book. A kettle or facility to make hot drinks in the room would be an excellent addition.

The location is perfect for arriving or leaving Valladolid via train. It sits at the top of a long tree-lined expansive street which always has something going on. It's within walking distance of a huge number of shops, bars and restaurants and the Plaza Mayor. The hotel is beautifully clean, you are greeted by very pleasant reception staff who have excellent English if you need to speak it and a large jug of cold lemon water and glasses within a comfortable seating area. There are steps down to the reception as you enter through the main door, and these are equipped with a lifting mechanism for a wheelchair. The rooms are a good size, with a great sized bathroom with shower. The bed was very comfortable and you can request different types of pillows from reception if you wish. The rooms have a small mini-bar stocked with a small selection of water, soft drinks, some spirits, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers. There is also a safe.

The room was a little warm and the air conditioning could only be reduced by a couple of degrees which still was uncomfortable for us. They explained (very pleasantly and in perfect English) that because it was the winter the general temperature was increased throughout the hotel, although we found the corridors to be much cooler and comfortable. When we kept our window open, the room was cooler but our room overlooked the stairs to emergency exits and the fan noise was very loud. Having said all of that (which is only for the purposes of something constructive for the hotel) I would definitely stay there again, without doubt.

Everything was lovely: rooms, staff, cleanliness, location, security. I was in Valladolid for an open-ended work assignment and ended up requesting to extend my stay--twice. They were very accommodating. As I ended up having to change rooms--completely on me, because of my last-minute requests to prolong my stay --I was able to experience three different rooms, each different but lovely in its own way (one had a balcony, another a soaking sub, a third with a nice layout and view). The staff were very accommodating in facilitating the mechanics of the room changes. And as someone who was working while there, I appreciated the thoughtfully planned and functional desk areas in each room: with good lighting, outlets, and comfortable chairs. It also was nice that the breakfast area opened early at 7 a.m. I had to be out the door by 7:15 so I never had a full breakfast there, but being able to get a delicious café con leche on my way out the door was heaven and much appreciated. (The women manning the coffee bar also sometimes slipped me a mini baked sweet on the side, a kind gesture.) A colleague and friend did have the full breakfast and said it was good; she especially appreciated the fresh fruit. The location is great, especially if you are coming and going by train. It is very easy walking distance to/from both the train station and the charming old town/central business district, and just across the way from a delightful park. It is also well located for connections to local and regional bus transit and there are also ample good restaurant options in the immediate vicinity at various price points. If/when I return to Valladolid, I will definitely try to stay here again.

The only small suggestion that I would make is to extend slightly the restaurant's kitchen hours for the midday meal. Service essentially begins shutting down at 3:30. That is not unique at all to this restaurant (it seems usual in Valladolid) but it would have been convenient if the restaurant would have taken orders for the full menu/carta, and the fixed-price "menu del día" up until 4 p.m. at least.

Very comfortable room, exceptionally the concierge gave me a room with view to the plaza. Staff were very nice and willing to help. Breakfast was great, although not with a huge variety of things but what it had was good and fresh. The location is superb because its only 200 meters from the train station.

The breakfast is always amazing here! Staff is super helpful! (They even gave me some breakfast items when I had to leave at 6am, before breakfast started). It's very comfortable, modern, and conveniently located! This is my second stay here and I'll definitely be back again!

The staff was extraordinary friendly and incredibly helpful. We got a very nicely furnished room in a very modern style. The breakfast was really delicious and you had a lot of different options. During our stay our car was parked in a safe parking garage of the hotel.

Everything was really good so there's nothing to mention here :-)

My room was lovely....I had a little enclosed balcony which looked out on to large linear pedestrian area and beautiful park.....the room was very cosy, spotlessly clean with plenty of convenient electrical sockets and USB ports....very convenient location for train station and bus station, also very convenient for sightseeing
